Adding to its stream of quality sneakers, DC Shoes has just released this DC Shoes Gatsby LTD “Battleship”. This sneaker uses one of the more subtle colorways we have seen on any sneaker in 2009. It contains grey suede on the heel and most of the front of the sneaker. The side panels are smothered in black canvas, and turquoise accents appear on the tongue and DC logo tag. | Nike Womens Outbreak High Pucci Pack Posted: 23 Feb 2009 12:27 PM PST  The Nike Womens Outbreak High “Pucci Pack” edition follows up the first two releases from the Pucci Pack, which were a Vandal Low and Court Force. It features the same color and graphics as the other sneakers in the pack (also resembles the Jams we showed you last week), but on a fresh silhouette. It has all the right features to have the ladies grabbing mulitple pairs of these. A smooth and sleek silhouette, soft colors, and the gold dubrae in the shape of a bow to finish it off. | Kanye West’s New Balance 998s Posted: 23 Feb 2009 10:20 AM PST  Lately, Kanye West has been taking us through a whirlwind in regards to sneakers. We have been anticipating the Air Yeezy, seen photos of the Louis Vuitton lineup and spotted him in the Aqua 8’s and the Nike Vandal Dunk. We now have spotted Mr. West sporting a pair of the New Balance 998s. It features a predominately grey upper made up of mesh and suede. Suede appears on the toe area and side panels, while the mesh appears on the side panels. This has to be one of the better colorways of the New Balance 998; however, is it anywhere close to the New Balance 998 Men's Suit Collection? Nice sneakers Kanye, but the jean jacket may be a no-no! Earlier today we showed you an exclusive white on white style of the Nike Blazer that included elephant print, patent leather and pebbled leather. While that particular sneaker displayed a nice mix of materials, we have found a Blazer involving less materials yet just as stylish. Nike has just released a three-sneaker pack of the Nike Blazer Vintage (varsity red, varsity green, and varsity blue). Reminiscent to the Converse Pro-Leather 76 we showed you a couple of months ago the Nike Blazer Vintage features a 100% suede upper with an off-white, vintage midsole. The shoelaces are also off-white, while the swoosh, tongue and heel are original white. You can now pick this pack up at select retailers such as DQM. From the 6 Rings to the Jumpman Pros, to the Pure Pressure, we have seen the JB members sporting a plethora of sneakers this season. With the recent release of the Jordan True Flight, it was only a matter of time before we saw the majority of the JB members wearing these. With that said, is this sneaker worthy enough to be seen on the hardwood consistently (see Jordan True Flight Performance Test)? Over the weekend, our Kicks On Court spotted a few of the Jordan Brand members rocking the True Flight such as D.J. Augustin, Gerald Wallace and Bobby Simmons. Although Augustin and Wallace both play for the Charlotte Bobcats, their respective colorways were slightly different. Both colorways were predominately white, however, Augustin’s contain orange and grey accents, while Wallace’s feature orange and navy blue accents. | Nike Hypermax Pau Gasol PE Posted: 23 Feb 2009 07:17 AM PST  Last week, we showed you a couple of colorways of the latest Nike basketball sneaker dubbed the Nike Hypermax. Many of you stated that the Nike Hypermax is very nice basketball sneaker; however, will it possess the same impact as the Hyperdunk? Here we have photos of Los Angeles Lakers forward Pau Gasol’s Nike Hypermax PE. It is done up in a mostly white leather upper with yellow shoelaces and a visible air sole unit of the same color. The ankle strap, sole and swoosh are all colored in purple making for a nice Lakers sneaker.
