| Jordan Trunner LX 11 October 2011 Lineup Posted: 02 Sep 2011 12:58 PM PDT Jordan Brand released a number of Jordan Trunner LX 11 colorways during the summer. Expect to see a few more colorways of this performance-driven shoe during the fall. Today, we take a look at the three-sneaker Jordan Trunner LX 11 October 2011 Lineup. Jordan Brand will obviously supply us with subtle colorways of this trainer. The pair shown above mixes Black and Royal Blue on the upper, while another pair comes in a darker toned Obsidian suede base. Lastly, the third pair is constructed in Black and Team Orange suede. | Nike Lunar Hypergamer White/Gorge Green & White/Midnight Navy Posted: 02 Sep 2011 12:28 PM PDT Nike Basketball went elbow deep into a grab bag of tech for the newest addition to the lineup, the Lunar Hypergamer. With a bulky Lunarlon midsole bolstered by a standard herringbone outsole, the base for the Hyperfuse upper is definitely solid. We checked out two sick, camo-covered colorways last month, and now two more team-friendly looks have landed in stores. These Midnight Navy and Gorge Green-highlighted colors are available now at Eastbay for $110. The 18-year-old MC has caught the attention of Jay-Z, torn up tracks with Tyler the Creator, and boasts Kevin Durant as a fan. Despite the flattering co-signs the un-signed rapper is as independent as they come. Raised in Inglewood but immersed in the Fairfax scene, Casey grew up hooping, skating, and rapping. You couldn't compose a better Venn diagram for a sneakerhead and with such a pedigree comes diverse taste. Read on to see what the Peas & Carrots rapper is rocking. | In Retrospect: Nike Air Foamposite Pro “Pearl” Posted: 02 Sep 2011 11:46 AM PDT If you recall, the “Pearl” Nike Air Foamposite Pro first re-released in 2009 to many people’s excitement; however, at the time, it was a very limited release seeing that Nike only stocked it in various House of Hoops retailers nationwide. Therefore, Nike again released this shoe last September; this time, they made it more widely available and gave everybody an opportunity at one of the better Foamposite Pro colorways to date. Were you able to get your hands on the Nike Air Foamposite Pro “Pearl”, and was it worth the money you paid for it? If not, are you wishing you would have snagged them last September? | UNDFTD x PUMA Clyde “Ripstop” Collection Posted: 02 Sep 2011 11:41 AM PDT PUMA and UNDFTD have been killing it with the Clyde this year. From the plush, ultra premium leather collection to the Cali-influenced Canvas drops, the UNDFTD x PUMA packs have been without flaw. They aren't stopping there, though. Previewed here are two of the four "Ripstop" sneakers, which will release on September at select accounts. No word has surfaced regarding the other two colors, but expect a preview soon. | Confirmed: Air Jordan 4 Military Blue Returning in June 2012 Posted: 02 Sep 2011 10:00 AM PDT If you thought 2011 was a great year for sneaker collectors and sneakerheads, wait until you hear what’s in store for 2012. With the Air Jordan 4 White/Cement Grey-Black already confirmed as an early February release, it comes as no surprise that Jordan Brand will continue to release Air Jordan 4 colorways later in 2012. We have just confirmed through sources at NT that the Air Jordan 4 Military Blue/White will also be returning next year. This is great news as it has been nearly five years since we last saw this colorway hit shelves. Will this be a purchase you make ? | Confirmed: Air Jordan 12 “Obsidian” & “Playoff” for Summer 2012 Posted: 02 Sep 2011 09:57 AM PDT Lockout or no lockout, the summer of 2012 will see "Playoffs". The Air Jordan 12 is next in line for a retro rollout. After an eight year hiatus the "Playoff" colorway will return in April 2012. Following that, Jordan Brand will bring back the "Obsidian" in June. Stay tuned for official images and a set release date. Will these be on your radar? Tell us in the comment section. | Posted: 02 Sep 2011 09:56 AM PDT Carmelo Anthony was heavily involved in this year’s Future Sole Competition; he specifically chose the winning design, a version of the Jordan Melo M8 designed by Nick Daiber of Highland, IL. While we await detailed photos of the winning creation, a shot of the Jordan Melo M8 “Blackout” has surfaced on the web. It features a healthy dosage of patent leather and Flywire on the upper, with the latter technology smothering the entire side panel. Jordan Brand also incorporated visible Zoom Air in the forefoot.
