Nike Dunk Hi Canvas Utility Orange Posted: 26 Jul 2010 12:58 PM PDT If you like your Dunks loud, this pair should be one of your next pick-ups. Draped in Utility Orange canvas, this Nike refuses to go unnoticed. The Black/Yellow-Gum Dunk High Premium we saw a short time ago is partnered with this one, which should be available soon. A leather Swoosh adds just a big of contrast along the sides, while Meteor Blue laces and liner do the same along the midfoot and inside. A white midsole and gum bottom sit underneath. Be on the lookout for these at retailers soon. Nike Dunk High Premium Source: Dunk © Alex Kroviak for NiceKicks.com, 2010. | Permalink | One comment | Add to del.icio.us |
PEAK Jason Richardson ‘Away’ PE Posted: 26 Jul 2010 12:28 PM PDT In mid-April, we gave you a look at Jason Richardson’s ‘Home’ and ‘Away’ PEAK signature player exclusives. We now have new, detailed images of his ‘Away’ PEs. PEAK chose to keep it simple by using a mainly black leather base that coincides with the Phoenix Suns ‘Away’ jerseys. However, its texture makeup is anything but simple. The toe area contains a black snakeskin-like material, while the side panels are constructed of perforated leather. Various PEAK/Jason Richardson branding is spotted throughout the upper in colors such as purple, orange and white. View additional photos below. The Zoom Hyperfuse owns a bright blue upper with a white ankle to match the outsole. Red accent appear throughout and the Puerto Rican flag is branded on the ankle. Footwear Faceoff: LeBron James vs Chris Paul Posted: 26 Jul 2010 11:28 AM PDT Over the weekend, a few of the USA Redeem Team members, including Dwyane Wade, LeBron James and Chris Paul, joined the current USA Team in Las Vegas for some workouts. The latter two NBA superstars were spotted later that Friday night at club LAVO. Dress shoes were nowhere to be found at this party as LeBron James hit the red carpet wearing the “Grape” Nike Air Max 95 and Chris Paul sported the recently-released “Citrus” Air Jordan 9s. Both sneakers seem to be among the top releases of 2010 according to you. However, you will only be able to pick one today. Who rocked the better sneaker: LeBron James or Chris Paul? **Note** State your opinion through our voting poll below. © George Kiel III for NiceKicks.com, 2010. | Permalink | 27 comments | Add to del.icio.us |
Nike Air Force 1 Black/Black-Sport Red Posted: 26 Jul 2010 10:58 AM PDT The latest Air Force 1 to hit select retailer is this pair, which sports a dark colorway with a handful of Sport Red accents on the tongue and heel. Instead, it’s the materials that make this shoe stand out. The contrast of glossy versus matte leather that occurs when comparing the patent leather forefoot to the remainder of the upper adds depth to this almost completely black sneaker. It’s on its way to retailers now, but you can grab a pair at 21 Mercer is you’re jonesing for these Forces. Posted: 26 Jul 2010 10:28 AM PDT Following the PEAK Mikael Pieturs ‘Away’ PE we showed you last month, we now have a photo of the ‘Home’ version of Mikael’s PEAK player exclusives. To coincide with the ‘Home’ Orlando Magic jerseys, this pair owns a predominately white leather upper with hints of ‘Orlando Magic’ blue on the laces and various PEAK/Mikael Pietrus branding throughout the base. Gold lines streak through the enlarged PEAK logo on the toe although gold is not a part of the Orlando’s color scheme. Is it safe to say that Pietrus owns some of, if not the best PEAK PEs in the NBA? Source: hoopchina © George Kiel III for NiceKicks.com, 2010. | Permalink | 5 comments | Add to del.icio.us |
