| Huck Gee x DC “Ken Block” Collection Sneak Peek Posted: 22 Feb 2010 12:58 PM PST  To pay tribute to DC founder and World Rally Car driver Ken Block, Huck Gee designed a collection for later this year. Drawing inspiration from Block’s affinity for racing and vehicles, the pack is slated to include 4 total shoes, a shirt and a hat. Here we see a sneaker peek of two of the shoes and the New Era. Huck Gee designed a “block” logo featuring Ken’s number 43. Of the two shoes, one is all black, or “murdered out,” and features a repeat print throughout. Block is notable for owning a flat black Mercedes and being on the forefront of the auto trend years ago. | Alife Footwear for Spring 2010 Posted: 22 Feb 2010 11:58 AM PST  The Alife Chuck, Kennedy High and Indoor High are all set to drop in a number of new colorways and material make-ups. The Kennedy High will come in three, all suede designs. Navy, grey and black all sit on white soles, and are accented with a tan patch near the heel. The Chuck is coming in a canvas build. Matching leather appears on the toe for added durability. They all sit on gum soles. Thirdly, the Indoor High comes in black, white and red leather make-ups. | Nike Air Max LeBron VII “Dunkman” Posted: 22 Feb 2010 11:28 AM PST  A lot of you expressed your impatience when we notified you of the Nike Air Max Lebron VII “Dunkman” releasing in Europe. Yet, it was only a matter of time before this shoe showed up stateside. Although it is now available everywhere in the United States, AtmosNYC now has it in stock. It remains to be seen when this sneaker will release at other places throughout the US including Nike’s online store and House of Hoops; however, when it does release, you can expect to be very sought-after to say the least. Its black/neon color scheme is definitely appealing to the eye. Is the best Air Max Lebron VII colorway yet? | Nike Trainer SC 2010 “Auburn” Posted: 22 Feb 2010 10:58 AM PST  The Nike Trainer SC 2010 “Auburn” made its debut as a part of the “20th Anniversary Pack” alongside an Albert Pujols-dedicated pair. As a part of a $250 pack, many heads couldn’t justify the price, even for two pairs. If you were a part of that camp you’ll be happy to hear that the “Auburn” colorway is available by itself now at Finish Line. Like the original Air Trainer SC “Auburn,” white is used for the upper. Orange Flywire with bright purple threads appears along the side. Orange appears throughout, including on the patent leather tongue and along the midsole. We knew the original shoe just became available again thanks to a restock, and at a similar price to these. | Nike Air Max 2009+ Cool Grey/Purple Posted: 22 Feb 2010 10:28 AM PST  Currently, the Nike Air Max 2009+ is available for purchase at your select Nike retailers in a plethora of colorways. However, Nike has just released yet another new colorway of the Air Max 2009+ at your local Nike retailers. This particular pair features a mainly cool grey-colored base with multiple hints of club purple throughout the upper. Specifically, the swoosh, shoelaces and inner lining are done up in club purple. To coincide with these attributes, Nike complimented this 2009+ with a purple Air sole unit and outsole. | Ransom by adidas Originals Valley High Posted: 22 Feb 2010 09:58 AM PST  We’ve been seeing a lot of the Ransom by adidas Originals shoes for this year lately. From the Curb to the Valley Low and Bluff, 2010 promises to be a big year for the collection. Next up is a look at the Valley High releases. Premium gloss leather appears throughout the uppers on all the pairs we see here, in colors ranging from the subdued to the vibrant. We see six pairs here, and may see more soon. Two white pairs can be will drop, with one utilized maroon stitching and the other taking advantage of blue paneling and stitching. Black, brown, silver and bright red will also be sold.
