Nike Blazer Hi Premium ND “Selvage”

Posted: 27 Aug 2009 12:43 PM PDT

Nike Blazer Hi Premium ND Selvage

When we showed you this Nike Blazer Hi Premium ND "Selvage" at the beginning of July, the comment section was filled with mostly positive remarks on this sneaker. To continue to feed your appetite, we now have spotted more detailed photos of this highly anticipated shoe.

Nike applied raw selvage, one of the more cleaner, sleek-looking denim types to the infamous Blazer. The contrast stitching throughout the base obviously symbolizes the clean inseams that are associated with the rich-looking denim. Besides the premium leather denim base, this shoe also possesses a red border around the tongue. Click here to view detailed photos. Could this be the best Blazer of 2009?

Nike Air Max Swingman Remix Black/White-Chrome

Posted: 27 Aug 2009 12:28 PM PDT

Nike Air Max Griffey Swingman Remix

At the beginning of this month, we informed you of two new colorways of the Air Max Swingman Remix that released on Nike’s online store. Although many of you were ecstatic about the retro releases of the Nike Air Griffey Max 1, you were not too enthused about the recent Air Max Swingman Remix colorways. However, we have now spotted yet another colorway that may capture your interest.

While the two aforementioned Swingman Remix colorways seemed to be inspired by the Air Jordan 11, this particular colorway contains its own basic non-inspired style. It simply owns a predominately black base with minimal white details throughout the upper. As for the texture makeup, this shoe features a predominately ballistic mesh upper with a patent leather strip surrounding the base at the bottom. Available now at LTD. Click here to view additional photos.

Air Jordan 6 Retro Doernbecher Freestyle

Posted: 27 Aug 2009 10:43 AM PDT

Air Jordan 6 DoernbecherIt is only right for the majority of us to get excited upon hearing the news of the Air Jordan 6 Retro Black/Red returning at the top of 2010. However, although next year seems like it will begin in the right direction, there are a few timeless releases that have our attention totally focused on the rest of the year.

Last month, we informed you of the Air Jordan 11 “Space Jam” and the Air Jordan 12 “Flu Game” both dropping this November. Now, Jordan Brand will add this Air Jordan 6 Retro Doernbecher Freestyle to the month of Thanksgiving releases. Specifically, this sneaker will release on November 14th, 2009 as announced last night on OSD by Pete from Premium Laces.

It obviously features a mostly blue suede with multiple gold and red accents throughout the upper and a translucent sole; however, other special inspirations place this shoe in a class of its own…literally. For example, the shoe itself was created by a kid that graduated from his class at the Doernbecher Children’s Hospital named Jordan (go figure). The 06/08 imprinted on the side panel represents when he finished his treatment. In addition, the enlarged number 1 on the heel panel stands for him finishing at the top of his class. Last but not least, the inside of the left tongue reads, “What Time Is It?”, while the inside of the right tongue says, “Game Time!”. How does this release stack up against the others of 2009? Click here to view detailed photos.

Nike Zoom Kobe IV “Lower Merion”

Posted: 27 Aug 2009 10:28 AM PDT

Nike Zoom Kobe IV Lower MerionLately we have seen a number of upcoming team bank colorways of the Nike Zoom Kobe IV which will make the Kobe IV a perfect fit for many varsity players this fall.  Always looking out for his alma mater, Kobe has long kept Lower Merion laced.

Details are scattered at this moment, but it appears that this pair is an upcoming pair for Lower Merion.  While the high school athletics program’s mascot is the Aces, the baseball team uses the Bulldog as a mascot.  On the heel of the shoe is a small Bulldog logo.  Interesting details on the upper also include a 3M ankle collar, back tab, and toe cap.

Rumors are that there are more pairs of Rice Kobe IV’s on the way too.  Check out more pics after the break.
