The classic adidas Gazelle was given the premium Consortium treatment from the three stripes brand for the upcoming sneaker season, and the result was the navy shoe we see here. The sleek lines of the Gazelle are covered in a navy blue fabric that shows a checkerboard-like pattern. Nubucks appears on the midfoot and three stripes along the side. A bright red/ornge color works to brighten up the dark buid of the upper, and can be seen on the laces, insole and quarter panel branding. A semi-translucent sole is used as a base, and other details denoting these as special adidas shoes can be found elsewhere. Click here for more pics. We finally saw HUF’s inaugural footwear line in detail with the “Star” Collection some time ago. Since then, this is our first look detailed look at any of the silhouettes that will hit shelves in Fall. The high top Hupper can be seen here in a number of colors and combinations. Royal blue, white and two styles of black shoes have been designed. White vulcanized soles appear on all four shoes, as do arcing heel panels and large H logos. Both the blue and white pairs utilize monochromatic builds, with leather and suede logos, respectively. On the black shoes, grey or black logos can be chosen, with the former’s pair using a metal top eyelet, suede build and solid white sole for further differentiation. The Converse First String Collection definitely has some nice releases to look forward to (the entire collection was a part of our 10 Sneakers to Look Forward to in 2010). Following the various First String Chuck Taylors we showed you a month ago, we now have additional information regarding the Matchpoint III Ox model. The vintage Matchpoint III Ox is now available at The Darkside Initiative in two colorways. Both pairs feature a 100% suede-textured upper combined with a white, vulcanized rubber sole and monochromatic shoelaces. The pair shown above possesses a parchment colorway, while the one shown after the jump contains a black suede makeup. Hit the jump to view detailed photos of both pairs. | Vans Vault Old Skool LX “Anaheim Angels” Posted: 31 Mar 2010 07:43 AM PDT 
It must be because the Angels represent for both Anaheim and Los Angeles that they were chosen to receive two very special Vans Vault shoes. Having already seen the Authentic LX designed for the team, we’re starting today with a look at this Old Skool LX. Set to release in the same numbers as other MLB x Vans Vault designs, these are dressed completely in red suede, from heel to toe. The liner shows grey leather, while a it of white contrast stitching has been used along the side to match the vulcanized sole.
