Bape Woodland Camo Bapesta Posted: 17 Sep 2009 12:58 PM PDT As we all know, Bape is known for applying loud and obnoxious color schemes to most of its silhouettes. However, it now seems Bape has traded in crazy colors and patent leather for a cleaner, sleeker look for the 2009 fall/winter season. With that said, check out this Bape Woodland Camo Bapesta. Its color scheme is the nonetheless ideal for the upcoming season. It features a predominately brown leather base with minimal green accents in the form of the shoelaces and Bape logo on the side panel. In addition, the beige midsole is accompanied by the toe box, heel tab and inner lining of the same color. What are your thoughts on the subtle colorway of this Bapesta? Thanks to Daily Drop, we have spotted this pair, along with two more colorways on Bape’s online store. | Read the rest of Bape Woodland Camo Bapesta © George Kiel III for NiceKicks.com, 2009. | Permalink | 3 comments | Add to del.icio.us Post tags: Bape, Bape Woodland Camo Bapesta |

Reebok Pump AXT Plus Mid Posted: 17 Sep 2009 11:28 AM PDT “The Pump” is still the first thing that comes to mind when you say “Reebok” to just about anyone, and the retros featuring this technology continue to roll in, including these Pump AXT Plus Mids, which just released at Size? Not too long ago, you saw the AXT Side Pump Trainer, featuring a neon yellow and black color-up, and most of you liked it. Staying in the family, these mids use a far simpler coloring scheme, using very-1990s teal and red accents on a white leather base. And of course, the Pump bubble is on the tongue, just in case you need to tighten them on the fly. Reebok may not be churning out too many new silhouettes, but the Pump is so classic it’s hard to justify scrapping it. How do you feel about these trainers? Are they something you could wear? Head to the comments section and fill us in. | Read the rest of Reebok Pump AXT Plus Mid © Alex Kroviak for NiceKicks.com, 2009. | Permalink | 4 comments | Add to del.icio.us Post tags: Reebok, Reebok Pump |
New Balance M998 LE White/Black-Yellow Posted: 17 Sep 2009 10:58 AM PDT In February, we informed you of the New Balance M998 Grey/White showing up at Mita. New Balance 1400 IE “Reflective” Pack Posted: 17 Sep 2009 09:58 AM PDT New Balance has been throwing some inspired design concepts at us lately, including the Concepts x NB Pack and the “Pony Hair” 575, so this dual pack of “Reflective” 1400s may look a little simple, but the details are what set this pack apart. The pack’s namesake comes from the reflective material used in their construction, a concept all sneakerheads are familiar with. The nearly all-leather makeup of both the tan and grey pair makes for a weather-resistant design, which was a point of emphasis for New Balance on these. They decided to use only tough materials in the design process, meaning the uppers are entirely synthetic. There’s no doubt about it, this 1400 set is a purpose-built, no-need-stay-indoors kind of pack, so for those who wear every pair, they should make for a nice pickup, and are available now at hanon. Click here for detailed pics of both pairs. | Read the rest of New Balance 1400 IE “Reflective” Pack © Alex Kroviak for NiceKicks.com, 2009. | Permalink | One comment | Add to del.icio.us Post tags: New Balance |
