Etnies has dug into their vault and brought out a classic staple from ‘93, the Screw. This is an updated version however, with a slimmer silhouette than the previous model of 15 years ago. The e-Suede used on the shoe features a friction reducing oil that acts as a lubricant to help stop grip tape abrasion. [SneakerFreaker]

Nike Air Max 90 Current Flywire Red
This Nike Air Max 90 Current Flywire saw a February release in black/red which was met with mixed reviews. This time around we are getting a tonal red colorway, which we personally think looks better. Check out the patent leather flywire technology this Summer when they release. [NiceKicks]

Nike 1/2 Cent Black/Black

So far 2009 has brought some very memorable releases including the Nike 1/2 Cent.  Thankfully Nike didn’t call it quits after just one release and will be bringing a handful of solid colorways starting this fall.

Catalog photos surfaced a few weeks ago, but now we have pics from multiple angles of a Black/Black pair of the 1/2 Cents.  Like with the first pair, these will set you back $190 when they release this fall.

Release Reminder

The White/Black-University Blue colorway was officially the first Air Jordan Fusion 9 to hit hit retailers on April 11th, 2009. Now, a month later, the Air Jordan Fusion 9 Black/Varsity Red-Dark Charcoal is set to release tomorrow, May 9th, 2009.

Inspired by the classic Air Jordan IX "Charcoal", this Fusion 9 features a predominately black/charcoal upper with red accents placed on the lacetag, tongue and inner lining. The Jumpman logo is also stitched in red on the heel. The tongue and shoelaces are colored in black, while it is complimented by a black midsole and charcoal outsole. Although this model receives an abundance of hate, could this be the best of colorway of the Air Jordan Fusion 9?

Asics Runovation Pack New Colorways

Posted: 08 May 2009 11:58 AM PDT

Asics Runovation Pack New Colorways

Within the last couple of weeks we’ve seen a number of fresh drops from Asics, the Runovation Pack that featured three pretty dope colorways, and shortly thereafter a couple colorways of the GEL Lyte Speed landed at retailers. It looks as if more colorways from the “Runovation Pack” are on the way as well.

The Asics Runovation Pack continues with strong colorways, most notable the Tiffany-esque colorway of the GEL Lyte III. A red, white and silver colorway of the GT II will be part of the mix, as well as the black and silver colorway of the GEL Lyte Speed that we had previously seen.

Without a doubt, solid summer kicks. Look for these to hit Asics dealers in June. Click here to see more of these kicks.
