However, it remains to be seen how the sneaker culture reacts to the low-cut version of the Vaider. Supra has released a new Vaider Low colorway for the upcoming holiday season. This pair owns a grey, full-grain leather base combined with a white, vulcanized rubber sole. The latter area also contains black piping which matches nicely with the Supra tongue logo and the inner lining of the same color. | Sweet Feet: Our 13 Favorite Junk Food-Inspired Kicks Posted: 05 Nov 2010 07:13 PM PDT Even the most disciplined eaters have to snack every once and a while. Be it on chocolate, candy or ice cream, we all get a sweet tooth from time to time. Sneaker designers are the same way, which explains why we’ve so many shoes that are inspired by junk food. With tonight marking the eve of the release of the “Candy” Pack Air Jordan 2s, we thought it was a good time to go back and assemble a list of our favorite junk food-inspired sneakers. Check out all of these sneaks inspired by sweets, treats and sodas. Nike SB Dunk High “Big Gulp” Soda is about as bad for you as it gets, so this Dunk High definitely qualifies for this list. Nike went above and beyond selecting a lone soda for inspiration, choosing instead to mix a “hurricane” of sodas together to create the sugary sneaker. Welp, see ya later.
