Ludwig Van x Vans Vault Deadstock Canvas Project Closer Look Posted: 04 Apr 2011 10:58 AM PDT Tons of us are guilty of sitting on a brand new pairs of shoes before breaking them out. Vans is guilty of sitting on the materials it uses to make its shoes. For its latest collaborative project, Vans Vault partnered with Ludwig Van to create a very limited collection of Eras. 14 total sneaker colorways utilize original canvas prints and suede panels, as well as waxed laces, and are limited to a total of 288 pairs for the worldwide release. Only five U.S. stores will be stocking them come April 8th, as well as two European and a very limited number of Japanese accounts. A Black/Electric Green makeup is sure to add to it’s popularity as we get our first look at this brand new colorway. Black suede and mesh wrap around the upper with a metallic grey tint coating the mudguard. Electric green adds energy to the silo lighting up the outsole, branding, and lining.
