| Nike Sportswear Air Max 90 Premium LE Spring 2010 Posted: 21 Sep 2009 12:58 PM PDT  Last week, we showed you the 2009 holiday lineup of the Nike Air Max 90 in which many of you expressed your anticipation for certain colorways. However, looking further into the future, we have now spotted an Air Max 90 set to release in the spring of 2010. This particular Air Max 90 will be an official Nike Sportswear release during next year. It features an abundance of colors on the upper to say the least. Navy Blue and white smothers most of the base, while red and royal blue accents appear throughout the rest of the upper. However, one of the more glaring features on this shoe is the gold visible Air sole unit. What are your thoughts on this Air Max 90 colorway? | Complex Presents: The Ones That Didn’t Make the Cut Posted: 21 Sep 2009 12:28 PM PDT  Any time a list of sneakers is put together, there are sure to be ones that shouldn’t be there, ones that should, and a whole lot of controversy. When we presented Complex’s 100 Best Sneakers of the 2000’s list, a lot of you scoffed not only at the order they put their list in, but also at the sneaks that got left off. Well, the team at Complex has followed up their list with this list of “10 Sneakers That Didn’t Make the Cut.” Cool Greys, Gazelle Skates and a certain Huarache make appearances, and the list sheds a little light on the list-making process. | Air Jordan Blase Mid Posted: 21 Sep 2009 11:28 AM PDT  As Michael moves further from his UNC-undershorts days and further into his suit-and-tie days, it’s fitting that Jordan Brand is moving along with some non-performance sneakers, including this Blase Mid silhouette. Reviews have been mixed on the AJ L’Style One, which uses the same sole as this new model, only in white. The Blase uses a solid black make-up, adding to its formal appeal. Again, the black leather looks premium, and a black-on-black print is used along the side, a la the Jordan XXIII. There’s a strap as well, also draped in black leather. Is this a good move for JB? | Nike Blazer Mid Premium “Godzilla” Detailed Photos Posted: 21 Sep 2009 10:58 AM PDT  Last week, we showed you the upcoming Nike Blazer “Godzilla” Pack, and the majority of you stated that the green/red colorway was much more better than the simple-designed black pair. With that said, we have decided to supply you with the detailed photos of your favorite Blazer from the aforementioned pack. This particular Blazer is scheduled for a November 2009 release; however, it would probably coincide with some of your Halloween costumes for this upcoming October. Furthermore, the colorway can also be associated with the holiday season as well. It features a green crocodile skin upper with red accents in the form of the shoelaces, inner lining and contrast stitching on the black swoosh. | Custom Nike RT1 for Chris Paul’s Winston-Salem Charity Posted: 21 Sep 2009 10:28 AM PDT  Michigan’s own custom sneaker prodigy T. Way went into the lab and cooked up some new customs for NBA star Chris Paul. Inspired by CP3’s immaculate skill set, T. Way transformed a pair of the all-white Nike RT1’s into a New Orleans-laced colorway that depicts Paul’s vision, heart, and smarts. The shoe is currently showcased at Grand Rapid’s All City Kicks Boutique, the store that donated the RT1’s to T. Way. However, this sneaker will be auctioned off at the CP3 Winston-Salem Charity event next week. For more photos of these custom RT1’s and a video on T. | Adidas TS Cut Creator for Derrick Rose Posted: 21 Sep 2009 09:58 AM PDT  For the reigning Rookie of the Year, life is good. As a budding star, Rose led the down-and-out Chicago Bulls to the Eastern playoffs, taking the then-reigning champions Boston Celtics to 7 games before falling. And for 2009-2010, Rose will be seen on court in these Adidas TS Cut Creators. Chauncey Billups will likely play in the same sneaks in a Denver colorway, which may limit the exclusivity of these for Rose, but it can’t be considered an insult to wear the same pair as one of the best veteran PGs in the game. Working with Chicago’s colors, these Adidas use a black upper, accented by a red midsole and white outsole. The sole also features Foremotion technology, and a these should breathe well, thanks to the large vent on the outside of the ankles. Last year Rose battled it out against then-rookie sensation OJ Mayo in our Kicks on Court ROY Candidate face-off in the TS Creator, and it looks like he’ll be seen in the newest Adidas release this year. Adidas may not have too many basketball fans, but these are a solid sneaker for hoopers. Are these the sneaker that can change it all for the 3-Stripes?
