Nike Air Zoom Generation First Game
Another set of Lebron’s kicks has been spotted and this time it’s one of his retro kicks that came out way back when he’s starting fresh in the NBA. Developed by two of Nike’s best shoe designer Eric Avar and Aaron Cooper, the Nike Air Zoom Generation First Game is fashioned with a simple yet combative look that has a well-rounded performance. It’s basic looking outsole has a solid grip system that improves cut and response while a noticeable chrome bumper feature adds an extra balance and stability.

In detail, a new colorway of the Nike Air Max Wavy has surfaced at Eastbay for $80. It contains a Midnight Blue foamposite shell-like base combined with minimal Photo Blue hints such as the swoosh, outsole and the visible Air sole unit in the heel. Nike Air Moc “Athletics Par East” Pack

Posted: 27 Oct 2010 10:58 AM PDT

Nike Air Moc "Athletics Par East" Pack

It turns out that the Snow Camo Air Moc we checked out just over a week ago is not the only “Athletics Far East” shoe pair that will release soon. In fact, Nike Sportswear is set to give us two colorways of this special edition sneaker. The second pair owns a camouflage ripstop nylon upper showing multiple tans and dark orange. Its sole is brown and speckled. Don’t be fooled by the slipper-like design of this shoe, its ACG roots and tough construction mean it’s built to last. Expect a very limited, Tier Zero drop for this twosome at the beginning of next month.

Tinker Hatfield: “LeBron’s entourage kind of pissed me off”

Posted: 27 Oct 2010 10:10 AM PDT

Renowned designer Tinker Hatfield made a surprise guest appearance at the Sole Collector x Jordan CMFT 11 release event in Santa Monica. Attendees engaged in an informative Q & A with Hatfield, as he answered questions regarding upcoming releases and past designs. One of Hatfield’s most interesting comments pertained to LeBron James’ entourage. Tinker stated that he used to work on the signature lines of Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant and LeBron James; however, in regards to LeBron, he said, “I used to work on LeBron’s, until his entourage kind of pissed me off.” He later stated that LeBron was ‘cool’ but his entourage is obviously Hatfield’s problem.

The LeBron line has been nothing less than amazing, and Nike designer Jason Petrie has done an incredible job with James’ last two signature models to say the least. Yet, would you like to see another LeBron James signature model spearheaded by Tinker Hatfield?
