| Nike Air Max 90 Premium “USA” Posted: 08 Jan 2010 12:28 PM PST  On the heels of the Dunk High “Olympic” colorways is this pair of Nike Air Max 90s. Donning the “Team USA” colorway, with an additional color, these 90s are perfect for anyone looking to support the United States’ efforts in Vancouver starting in February. Black premium leather is the choice construction material for the uppers, with white mesh interjecting on the toe and near the ankle. Gold, the medal we obviously hope to bring home the most of, is the choice color for the Air Max window surround, with red working itself in on the forefoot eyelets protector, heel and tongue. Recently, Jay-Z’s On to the Next One music video surfaced, and there was much conversation about its peculiarity. Although Jay-Z didn’t have on his white Louis boat shoes, he still made light of his sneakers, the Clae Khan, a couple of times throughout the video. If you recall, Clae introduced this newly-designed sneaker in the fall of 2009. The Khan simply takes on the look of a typical boot-inspired silhouette. Its black leather base, which also owns a removable ankle strap, rests atop a white cupsole. | Nike Air Max LeBron VII NFW White/Red on Nike.com Posted: 08 Jan 2010 11:28 AM PST  The latest Nike Air Max LeBron VII has hit Nike.com. The second NFW signature shoe for King James is a follow-up to the NFW “Red Carpet” and probably not the last Flywire-less release we’ll get from Beaverton. LeBron sported these shoes on New Year’s Eve as the Cavs beat the Hawks, going for 48 points in the win. White cross-thatched leather is used on the mid-panel and for the majority of the upper. White leather is used on the mudguard that wraps around the entire shoe. The Air Max bag is done with red and sits on a matching outsole. | Vans Alva Legends Mid Skool ‘77 & Era Pro Posted: 08 Jan 2010 10:58 AM PST  Vans will release a couple of new models this year including the Native American Binding and the collaboration with Luke Meier; however, they will also dig into their vault and bring back a few classics as well. In attempt to honor legendary pro skater Tony Alva, Vans will release an Alva Legends pack that includes his original signature sneaker, the Mid Skool ‘77; an Era Pro will also be included in this pack. Yet, both sneakers will not be your everyday release. Vans has updated these timeless models with some very nice features. For example, they own recycled gum rubber, water-based adhesives and shoelaces and inner linings comprised of recycled PET (material used in plastic bottles). | Nike 6.0 Dunk SE Posted: 08 Jan 2010 10:28 AM PST  The 6.0 label doesn’t get much love from sneakerheads. While many of you overlooked the tongue tag and really enjoyed the Buzz Aldrin x Nike 6.0 Mavrk Mid 2 “Rocket Hero”, will you do the same for these Dunk SEs? The Dunk High AC released a few months back and sold out immediately. Transferring a similar formula over to the Low silhouette, all four of the pairs we see use a vulcanized sole with a standard upper of what appears to be canvas. Unlike the above pair though, the traditional smooth vulc sole is used, as well as pinstriping. | Jordan Flight 23 White/Black-Metallic Silver Posted: 08 Jan 2010 09:58 AM PST  Lately, we have seen the Jordan Flight 45 is a plethora of colorways such as the white/gum, the varsity red and white/blue. However, Jordan Brand will attempt to bring back the Jordan Flight 23 in a few colorways this year as well. This Jordan Flight 23 is now available at LTD. We have rarely seen this model over the past couple of years (it released in a few colorways back in 2008). However, when they show up in retailers, many sneaker lovers seem to go after these. This particular pair owns a mainly white leather base with multiple black accents throughout the upper. It also possesses white shoelaces, a black inner lining and a dark grey outsole.
