New Balance M1400 IE

The M1400 is a model that New Balance rarely releases. However, when it does sporadically release, the New Balance M1400 is nothing less than a gem (see Chicken Run). With that said, we have spotted another one-of-a-kind New Balance M1400 set to drop later this year.

This particular shoe was created and designed in high detail, to say the least. The core base contains a mix of reflective panelling, mesh patterning and waterproof fabrics. Other features include pigskin lining, a black suede heel panel and minimal turquoise details throughout the upper. It also possesses a classic, off-white midsole giving this New Balance M1400 a vintage look. Look for this sneaker to hit retailers later this year. Click here to view additional photos.

The DC Life Sector 7 and DC Life Xander come as the final installment of the “High Life on the Riviera” Collection. The Sector 7 has a primarily white makeup with tan accents, a colorway that enhances the sophisticated feel of the silhouette. Zumiez x Supra Vaider Black/Grey-Purple “Denim”

Zumiez x Supra Vaider Black/Grey-Purple Denim

Zumiez and Supra have already teamed up on the Supra Skytop earlier this year. Upon seeing this joint effort, many of you labeled it one of the better colorways on this popular model. Now, both sides hook up again to design a nicely-designed Supra Vaider.

First off, this Vaider features a very similar colorway to the aforementioned Supra Skytop, yet it possesses an entirely different texture. The base is made up of denim material in two colors. The toe area, tongue and heel panel contain black denim, while the side panels are smothered in grey denim. Also, minimal purple accents outline the side panels and tongue. To finish it off, this sneaker is complimented with a white vulcanized rubber sole and black waxed shoelaces. You can head on over to Zumiez and purchase a pair now.

Nike Air Classic BW New Colorways

Running silhouettes seem to hit a high point in popularity about this time of year. Fittingly, Nike is bringing two new colorways of the Air Classic BW for the summer.

The Nike Air Classic BW originally dropped in 1991, one of the earliest models to receive the “Big Window” Air Unit in the heel. Many timeless colorways made their way onto the Classic BW over time. This time around a grey, red, and black combination is accompanied by a grey and orange makeup. Two simple colorups that should fit well into many collections.

Click here to see both colorways.

Jordan Campus Chukka

Posted: 22 May 2009 08:35 AM PDT

Jordan Campus Chukka

The sophisticated look has been taking over the sneaker world for a while now, and not to be outdone, Jordan has created a nice pair of kicks for Sneakin’ into the Club.

The Jordan Campus Chukka is a simple silhouette that should be hitting retailers June 1st. Premium suede has been liberally applied to the uppers that sit on top of a simple two-tone midsole. Only the Jumpman logo on the tongue lets you know where these kicks came from. This black colorway will debut the Campus Chukka, followed by a brown and tan colorway later in the summer. Retail is set at $110.

A great looking shoe, yet not one you would expect from Jordan. What do you think of these?

Nike Big Nike “Space City”

Nike Big Nike Space City

In late February, Nike paid tribute to the city of Houston by releasing the Nike Vandal "Screwed Up" as part of the “For the Love of the City” Collection. Now, Houston has another problem on their hands!

The second Houston, Texas tribute of the year comes in the form of this Nike Big Nike. It is inspired by Houston’s Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center. Similar to the Nike Air Max 1 "Lunar", this sneaker possesses a futuristic, out-of-space look. It features a mostly silver upper combined with a navy speckled outsole. Other features include a tarnished silver on the heel panel, a yellow planetary ring also on the heel and grey shoelaces. Look for this Nike Big Nike “Space City” to hit House of Hoops on June 19th, 2009.
