Nike Dunk SB Low Premium Sky/Pink

Nike Dunk SB Low Premium Sky/Pink

Another day, another pair of crazy Dunk SB’s from overseas.  This time up to the plate is a Nike Dunk SB Low that features a suede and nubuck upper in Sky/Pink colorway with accents of yellow and black.  Something truly unique about this pair of Dunks from any other Dunk is that all of the edges utilize a vibrant yellow piping giving clear shape to each panel of the upper.

At this point we have not heard any word of this shoe releasing anywhere but Korea, so for now we just have to wait and see if they will release Stateside.  If you do want to purchase despite the international boundaries, these are priced at the equivalent of $105US.  Click here to check out more pics of these Dunks.

With that said, we had more than enough sneakers to choose from while executing our Good, Bad and Fugly list. Click here to view our sections for the week. What did you like/dislike for the week? Which should made you throw up?

Air Jordan 1 Prom Pack

Just because you are going to get dressed up for prom does not mean that your feet need to suffer.  If you haven’t yet rented those uncomfortable patent leather shoes, save your money.  Jordan Brand has you laced for special occasions with the Air Jordan 1 Prom.

Unlike the bland, styleless shoes all of your peers will be stuck with, opt for a classic pair of Jordans.  These Air Jordan 1s come in two colors to match both common tuxedo colors.  Both are available now online at Jordan Flight Club for $100 and in stores today, April 18th.

Nike Air Force 1 Playstation 2

Last month, we shared with you the re-release news of the Nike Air Force 1 “Playstation”. It was stated that the re-release would only yield 50 pair, and we found yet another pair on eBay.

It contains the infamous gradient colorway from ankle area to heel, while also possessing the Playstation logo in the same area. The front part of the sneaker contains a black patent leather base mixed with purple shoelaces.

This particular pair was donated to Jennifer Ann’s Group, a charity dedicated to the prevention of Teen Dating Violence. 100% of the proceeds will go to the aforementioned charity group which was created in 2006 after the murder of her daughter by her ex-boyfriend. Click here to bid on this one-of-a-kind sneaker.

Nike Terminator Low Supreme White “Heavy Metal”

Posted: 17 Apr 2009 01:19 PM PDT

Nike Terminator White Heavy Metal

If you recall, Nike released the “Rock and Roll” Pack which included a black/gold studded Terminator High and Vandal Supreme. Surprisingly, the two-sneaker turned out to be well-liked amongst consumers. With that said, we have now spotted one part of Nike’s “Heavy Metal” Pack.

This Nike Terminator Low Supreme features a basic white leather/mesh upper, yet, this is the only thing basic about this shoe. For example, heavy metal metallic studs appear on the heel and under the silver tongue label. In addition, this shoe also uses the metallic studs for lace locks. Other features include the word ‘Nike’ in rockstar-like block letters on the heel and a guitar pick shaped hang tag. Look for this Terminator Low Supreme to hit U.S. retailers soon. Click here to view detailed photos.

Nike Lunar Mariah

Posted: 17 Apr 2009 12:23 PM PDT

Nike Lunar Mariah

The Nike Lunar Mariah is a seamless blend of past and present innovation. Nike's co-founder Bill Bowerman was obsessed with innovation; especially finding ways to making shoes as lightweight as possible. Originally developed in 1980, the Air Mariah was a premier lightweight road- and track-racing shoe from Nike that remained in the line through the 90s. Taking the silhouette and materials of the Nike Eagle for the upper, the Air Mariah was the first to feature full-length Air.

Fast forwarding to 2009, the latest foam cushioning and upper construction innovation gave Nike Sportswear the tools to make the original Air Mariah even better. Adding Lunar foam, a lightweight and extremely responsive foam developed for our athletes leading up to and during the 2008 championship games and no sew construction, as well as the latest materials developed allowed the Nike Sportswear footwear designers to re-build a Nike Mariah upper that is lighter and more comfortable than ever. The colors might seem a little familiar to some. Many are pointing to the Ultramarine Air 180 as a potential source of color inspiration.

The Nike Lunar Mariah will release globally at Nike Sportswear stores that include 21 Mercer St in NYC and Montalbán in LA April 25th.

Nike Dunk SB High Yellow/Black

Some heads have been a little disappointed lately with Nike SB having what some would call a slide in good releases, but no matter what you opinion is of how things have gone, Nike SB has some good things in the works.

This Nike Dunk High SB has hit stores in Korea at Choko for approx $120US equivalent. No word yet if these will drop Stateside or if these will be a nice Asian Exclusive.
