Nike Hyperize “Asia” Pack

Posted: 01 Jul 2009 11:04 AM PDT

Nike Hyperize

Will the Nike Hyperize be a better overall sneaker than the Hyperdunk? Only time will tell. With that said, Nike is set to introduce the Hyperize model to the sneaker world in two creative packs: the “White Men Can’t Jump” Pack and this “Asia” Pack.

This pack will consist of five Hyperize models with four of them paying tribute to specific nations in Asia. Similar to the Nike Hyperdunk “Phillipine” we showed you last week, this Hyperize “Phillipine” possesses a colorway inspired by the country’s national flag. The Hyperize “Hong Kong” features a Black/White color scheme reminiscent to the skyscrapers that overlook its Southern Playground, while the Hyperize “Tawain” contains a Royal Blue/White colorway inspired by Taiwan National Basketball team colors. Last but not least, China’s “Bird Nest” stadium is represented by a grid-like patterned Hyperize, while a Champions edition owns a Gold/White colorway. No word yet on when this shoe will release, however, click here to view the pack in its entirety.

Nike Air Force 1 ‘07 “Tennis Pack”

Posted: 01 Jul 2009 10:15 AM PDT

Nike Air Force 1

A couple of days ago, we showed you the Nike Air Force 1 Low Premium 08 as part of the “Tennis Pack”. The majority of you that commented stated that you really like that shoe. However, could this Nike Air Force 1 ‘07 from the same pack be better?

It features a predominately white leather upper combined with an orange outsole. To coincide with the latter area, this show possesses an orange/blue ‘lava’ pattern on the heel panel, while featuring an orange/blue Nike tag logo on the tongue. If you recall, this color scheme is very reminiscent to the Air Tech Challenge II. Available now at JD Sports. Click here to view additional photos.

Air Jordan 1 White/Grand Purple

Posted: 01 Jul 2009 09:04 AM PDT

Air Jordan 1 White/Grand Purple

We’ve seen the DTRT Metallic Pack, and the 60+ Jordan 1 Pack, now we have word that Jordan Brand will be dropping a white and metallic purple colorway of the classic AJ1.

Unfortunately, this Air Jordan 1 Metallic Purple colorway is currently set to be an international release. The combination of white and Grand Purple definitely brings it back for those of us who have been around long enough to remember when the OG metallic colorways dropped. With the prices that metallic Jordan 1 retros can fetch, it’s a safe bet that these will see some pretty steep resale prices, if they do in fact only release internationally.

Click here to let us know what you think of these.
