| Nike Air Royal Mid VT Posted: 23 Mar 2010 12:28 PM PDT  The Nike Air Royal model seems to be garnering a lot of attention as of late. Recently, Nike unleashed the “Macarons” Pack and colette hosted a launch party for this release. Now, Nike has released three more colorways of the Air Royal; they are now available at select retailers such as 21 Mercer. Much like the majority of the Nike Air Royal colorways, these three pairs contain 100% one-color leather base combined with monochromatic attributes including the shoelaces, the swoosh and the sole. | Nike LeBron VII Low “Rumor” Pack Posted: 23 Mar 2010 11:43 AM PDT 
After dropping at several overseas accounts, the Nike LeBron VII Low “Rumor” Pack has been made available stateside. Interestingly though, one of the four shoes in the pack has been left off the list. This pack was designed to pay tribute to the places LeBron could theoretically play next year, so one has to assume the “I Lion NY” colorway will release shortly. The other three shoes are inspired by CSKA Moscow, the New Jersey Nets and oddly, the Cleveland Browns. Simple reasoning says we won’t be seeing LeBron in uniform for the first or the last of the aforementioned, but Jay-Z’s Nets may steal LBJ when free agency starts if he doesn’t get a ring this year. | LeBron James to Re-Sign with Nike Posted: 23 Mar 2010 10:58 AM PDT  Will he stay in Cleveland, join the Knicks in the Big Apple or make his way to South Beach and team up with Dwyane Wade? Although it remains to be seen which team LeBron will choose this summer, we do know his loyalty to Nike is nonetheless unshakable. With that said, ‘King James’ is expected to re-sign with Nike soon. Although his new deal with Nike is not etched in stone, LeBron recently hinted at soon-to-be reconstructed agreement with the brand that gave him $90 million before he played an NBA game. "I don't plan on going anywhere (referring to Nike)…maybe I already have a agreement, said James." LeBron also touched on great news regarding his signature sneaker line. Those of you who thought the Nike Air Max LeBron VII was his last signature sneaker, you have much more to look forward to. "I'll have a (signature shoe number) 12 and 13 or something like that." | Nike SB Dunk High “Skunk” Posted: 23 Mar 2010 10:13 AM PDT  The Nike SB Dunk has been a canvas for innumerable designs and tributes. The last inspired design we saw was the “Bruce Springsteen,” which obviously paid tribute to the American rock legend. The pair we’re seeing now pays tribute to something that smells rather offensive to many, as these have been designed to pay tribute to the skunk. The uppers piece together shades of green suede throughout. Army green is the majority color, appearing on the toe and toe box, as well as the heel foxing. Two other shades fill out the remainder. Purple works as an accent color on the Swoosh and outsole, while a “confused” cartoon skunk can be seen on the insole. | Kicks On Court: Kryptonate Craves “Oreo” Air Jordan 6s Posted: 23 Mar 2010 09:28 AM PDT  This past Saturday, March 20th, 2010, Jordan Brand unleashed its third Air Jordan 6 colorway of the year in the form of the “Oreo” Air Jordan 6 Retro. While we do not know how many Jordan heads went out and purchased it this past weekend, we do know of one pro basketball player who snagged it. Check out today’s Kicks On Court to see who wore the “Oreo” Air Jordan 6 last night. There is no doubting Nate Robinson’s sneaker game. This year alone, we have spotted him in the Nike Air Max2 CB34, the Nike Zoom LeBron V St. Vincent St. Marys and the Nike Zoom LeBron IV “Birthday Bundle” (can’t forget about the “Kryptonate” Nike Foamposite Lite). Although the majority of the aforementioned sneakers are past-tense, Robinson laced up a brand new Jordan sneaker last night as he pulled out the “Oreo” Air Jordan 6s. | Video: Lil Dez Wants to go to Sneaker Friends 2010 Posted: 23 Mar 2010 08:43 AM PDT It’s been a while since we’ve heard from the MVPuppets (and their “friend” Lil Dez), but this time around they carry a very important message. Sneaker Friends 2010 will take place Saturday, May 1st, in Atlanta. Nice Kicks, The Shoe Game, the A.T.F. crew, Iz from the 21 Mercer Bespoke Studio, CtotheJL and a whole lot more influential sneakerheads will be in attendance. | New Balance MT580PU “Fluro Croc” Posted: 23 Mar 2010 07:58 AM PDT  The New Balance 580 seems to be the silhouette of choice for collaborations and experimental designs. We last saw this shoe in two military jacket-inspired designs in the “B-3″ and “MA-4″. This next design will go by “Fluro Croc,” but could very well take the name of “Grass Stains” instead, thanks to its green gradient midsole. As mentioned above, bright green appears at numerous spots throughout the shoe, including the underside of the tongue, collar and logo surround. The remainder of the shoe is constructed with white leather, grey suede and a healthy dose of everyone’s favorite reflective material. Appearing at the heel and quarter panel N, the 3M seen here dons a crocodile print, which explains where these get their official nickname.
