15 Sneakers We’re Most Thankful For Returning in ‘09 Posted: 26 Nov 2009 10:58 AM PST As sneaker lovers, we are always looking over our shoulders for the latest design, fad, style and/or silhouette; however, this year, most of the brands brought us some classic sneakers we will never forget no matter how many new releases we come across. Since this is Thanksgiving (Happy Thanksgiving to all of our readers!), we should all have something to be thankful for; therefore, our staff has compiled a list of the top 15 sneakers we are thankful for to see re-release after a long hiatus. Release Reminder: Air Jordan 12 Retro “Flu Game” Posted: 26 Nov 2009 10:28 AM PST This Black Friday, November 27th, 2009, Jordan Brand will unleash the second installment of its major holiday releases in the form of the Air Jordan 12 Retro “Flu Game”. The Air Jordan 12 “Flu Game” is a carbon color copy of the Air Jordan XII Black/Varsity Red that released in 1997. However, there are a number of differences between  the two. This time around, Jordan Brand applied nubuck on the upper in exchange for the leather seen on the OGs. In addition, the heel panel features an imprint of a sick face and the numbers ‘97′ and ‘38′. These attributes represent Jordan scoring 38 points in the ‘97 Finals while having the flu. Is this a must-have for you?
