Nike Air Max 1 Black/Red/White
Nike has released a new Air Max 1, in a classic, always welcomed black/red/white colorway. Somehow though these shoes don’t seem to look entirely interesting, but they are still nice enough to rock around. Black mesh will make an appearance on the toebox and side panel, while red mesh will be on the top of the heel. [NiceKicks]

Here is another hot pack from Alife that utilizes the Everybody High. This one keeps it simple and toned down, but it also works very well. The three colors available in the pack are gray, black and white, and each one features the word Alife in a cross form on the ankle. [NiceKicks]

Nike Air Force 1 Lebron Pack
Here is a new Air Force 1 Pack in honor of Lebron James. The first pair obviously takes it’s inspiration from the Cleveland Cavaliers jersey, with a heavily-perforated cream suede base and marron accents on the laces tongue and inner lining. The other pair is a simpler black/red colorway with a white midsole. [NiceKicks]

Nike Alpholution

Nike Alpholution

It looks as if Nike has been up in the kitchen cooking up more hybridizations. With inspiration from the Alpha Force and its Charles Barkley fame, this colorway will be hitting retailers July 1st.

The Nike Alpholution will first be released in this white, black and Fresh Water-esque emerald green accent colors. The silhouette features some classic infusions, like the strap across the midfoot, with updated tech features like a visible Zoom Air unit in the heel area. A good mix of materials, including contrasting mesh mixed into the uppers, and higher tongue than the classic Alpha Force make this one a good look for the summer.

Futura x Nike Dunk F.L.O.M. Livestrong Greatest Hits Pack

Futura x Nike Dunk High FLOM Livestrong Greatest Hits Pack

At the beginning of March, we gave you a first look at the Lance Armstrong x Nike "Stages" Collection, and many of you dubbed it one of the better lineups of 2009 so far. We now have detailed photos of the Futura x Nike Dunk High FLOM Livestrong.

Similar to the recently released LIVESTRONG x Nike Sportswear Air Max Collection, this sneaker contains a mainly Black/Yellow base. However, one of the more interesting features is the newsprint texture seen on the toe box, side panels and top of the heel panel. If you recall, this characteristic is reminiscent to the FLOM Dunk. Other features include Futura’s signature on the left sneaker and the letters ‘FL’ (FLOM) on the right shoe. Expect this shoe to be released in very limited quality. Click here to view detailed photos.

Kanye West x Louis Vuitton Sneakers

Kanye West x Louis Vuitton Sneakers

Kanye’s designed Louis Vuitton sneakers are about to hit LV stores soon. The shoes have been arriving in select locations for “meet and greets” if you will.

The Kanye West x Louis Vuitton Sneakers feature a healthy dose of pastel (Pastelle?) colors mixed into sophisticated silhouettes. The level of quality is obviously top notch, but really there is one question that many people have. Will these kicks, and the price tag associated with them, take the sneaker game from its adolescent state into adulthood?

Click here to take a look at some of the Louis Vuitton x Kanye West Collection.

Kicks On Court: Does Kobe Lace Up the “Playoff” PE Only in Must-Wins?

Posted: 28 May 2009 07:29 AM PDT

Kicks On Court

Since the 2008-09 postseason began, we have spotted Kobe Bryant in multiple colorways of the Nike Zoom Kobe IV. However, our Kicks On Court seems to notice that Kobe laces up a specific colorway when his team needs a win at the most appropriate time.

Two weeks ago, we spotlighted Kobe wearing the Nike Zoom Kobe IV “Playoffs” in a must-win game 7 of the Houston Rockets-Los Angeles Lakers series. Likewise, in game 5 of the Denver-Los Angeles series, Bryant pulled out the “Playoff” edition again. This is the first time he has worn this particular shoe in this series. Does Kobe feel that the “Playoff” shoe is good luck for him? Click here to view more kicks worn by Carmelo Anthony, Chris Anderson, Lamar Odom and others.

Nike Footscape HF

Posted: 28 May 2009 07:27 AM PDT

Nike Footscape HF

Hiroshi Fujiwara is no stranger to Nike, he has designed a handful of uniquely styled kicks in his long time partnership with Nike. Simplicity seems to be his forte, and his latest creations follow suit.

The Nike Footscape HF will be hitting Tier Zero spots in two new colorways shortly. A nice combination of blue and black team up with grey and white for one makeup. While the always popular Neon Yellow covers the most part of the second makeup, which is accented with black, white and a touch of grey nubuck on the toe area. Some Fujiwara makes a simple color combination work on the Footscape silhouette, which is far from simple.

Available at Nike Tier Zero locations soon.
