| DWade hinting about his “first pair of jays” on twitter Posted: 10 Aug 2009 12:39 PM PDT  DWade is out west in LA for a video shoot for Jordan Brand, but just a few minutes ago he tweeted about his “first pair of jays.” Ever since the news surfaced that Dwyane signed with Jordan Brand there has been much speculation if he would become the third current member of Jordan Brand with a signature shoe line. We have not heard any official word of Dwyane Wade having a signature shoe with JB yet, but as he promises us with his latest announcement we will all know. | Nike Air Trainer 1 White/University Blue Posted: 10 Aug 2009 12:35 PM PDT  The various Nike Air Trainer models are making a big push for the remainder of this year. We have already spotted the Air Trainer III "Medicine Ball", and the Nike Air Trainer II “Tecmo Bo” colorways. In addition, Nike will release a new colorway of the Nike Air Trainer 1 in September. This Air Trainer 1 is obviously simpler color-wise than the previously mentioned Air Trainer models. It owns a 100% white leather base mixed with a university blue midsole. In addition, this Air Trainer 1 also features a white outsole, a university blue toe cap and a university blue tag logo on the tongue. Ayyeee! Young Jeezy kicks off this edition of CSS, as the raspy-voiced rapper brought out Lebron James during his show in Cleveland. In addition to Bron-Bron (Griffey’s) and The Snowman (Converse) rockin’ some noteworthy footwear, Jay-Z stepped out in another style of Kanye’s LV sneakers, and newcomers to the column Trey Songz and Teyana Taylor kept it classic with some retro Jordans. Besides all that, check out Mase wearing some mall-bought Js, and then let us know who’s ensemble you’re feeling the most.

| Nike Dunk High Black/White-Varsity Royal Posted: 10 Aug 2009 10:55 AM PDT  The Nike Dunk model continues to release in a plethora of colorways throughout 2009. Recently, we have spotted the just-released A.R.C. x Nike Dunk Hi Supreme TZ and the SBTG Varsity Bones Nike Dunks for Kobe Bryant. However, in a lesser light, Nike has just released this Nike Dunk High Black/White-Varsity Royal at select retailers such as CaliRoots. It features a mostly white and black suede/leather base combined with a sole of the same color. The black areas are done up in suede, while the white sections possess a heavily perforated leather texture. In addition, this particular Dunk Hi is complimented with royal blue shoelaces. However, as sneaker enthusiasts, we cannot let lesser known releases sneak past us. With that said, this New Balance 580 colorway will release during the 2009 holiday season. While not possessing some of the unmatched qualities the aforementioned New Balance 575 "White Pigeon", this particular 580 model features its own set of eye-catching details. The base is made up of a predominately grey leather/mesh base with minimal hot pink accents seen on the heel tab, sole tongue logo and the side panel logo. | Nike Air Zoom BB III White/Black-Red Posted: 10 Aug 2009 09:00 AM PDT  During the 2008-09 NBA season, point guards such as Tony Parker, Steve Nash and Rajon Rondo all laced up the Nike Air Zoom BB II at one point (see our Kicks On Court). Now, the newly-designed Nike Air Zoom BB III is starting to show up at select retailers such as Schuh-You. At a first glance, the Air Zoom BB III resembles the Air Zoom BB I more than the second installment. It still contains the Zoom technology and owns a very lightweight capacity, however, it features a very sleek base design and refers back to the original silhouette more than anything. As for the colorway, its possesses a primarily white upper with red and black details throughout the entire shoe.
