The Nike Air Tech Challenge Hybrid white-based version of the tennis fusion scored big at retailers earlier this year, and I'm certain that this resonant "Black" variation will meet the same fate. This hybrid sports a predominantly black upper constructed from suede, which sits atop a white midsole. Highlighting the shoe are the bright colored accents splattered at the back end. Nike first retroed the Air Tech Challenge a few years ago, the sneaker giant has been able to create new hybrid models inspired by some of their best sneakers, including this Air Tech Challenge Hybrid which is made up of all four Nike Air Tech Challenge shoes.

NIKE SFB - BOOT

The NIKE SFB – BOOT utilizes new technology targeted for optimizing athletic speed and agility for peak performance. The project comes to fruition after four years of work. Inspired by Nike founder and Oregon Track & Field Coach Bill Bowerman's time in the 10th Mountain Division of the US Army, the Innovation Kitchen on the guidance of Tobie Hatfield set out to honor their founding father. The SFB is perfect for warm weather due to its breatheable fabric and is the lightest, fastest drying, and natural motion boots to be developed. Nike created the Natural Motion Cushioning that helps allow for aptimal support and speed for heel to toe transfer. This basically allows for the boot to form to the foot while drastically reducing the weight of conventional boots. Simply put, this boot was built for comfort, speed, agility, and it was built to last.

Air Jordan Fusion 4 Military Blue

Last month, we showed you the Air Jordan Fusion 4 “Fire Red”, and many of you were disgusted to see a classic Jordan sneaker being tarnished. However, does this Air Jordan Fusion 4 "Military Blue" sway your opinion towards the positive side?

Obviously, this Fusion draws inspirations from the infamous Air Jordan IV “Military Blue”. It features a predominately white leather upper with grey straps, a grey toe area and blue accents throughout the base. As with previous Fusion models, this sneaker features the Air Force 1 sole which contains a blue (midsole) and white (outsole). Unlike the Fusion 4 “Fire Red”, this sneaker contain the visible sole unit. The Air Jordan IV “Military Blue” is arguably one of better Jordan sneakers ever created; therefore, is this particular sneaker disrespecting the classic or is this one of the better Fusions seen yet?

Nike Hypermax

In the latter part of the 2008-09 NBA season, we finally spotted players such as Carlos Boozer and LaMarcus Aldridge sporting the Nike Hypermax. It has been said that this sneaker is the ‘big man’ version of the Nike Hyperdunk. In addition, one of the more unique colorways of the Nike Hypermax has now dropped at select retailers.

This particular Hypermax draws inspiration from one of Charles Barkley’s memorable Nike poster. A picture of the poster is imprinted on the insole. Using the exact same color scheme as the aforementioned poster, this shoe contains various coloration on the upper including red (swoosh), yellow (flywire design, ankle strap, side wall), black (midsole, heel panel, side panels) amongst other colors. This is sure to be a neck breaker to say the least.
