Nike Sportswear Lunar Mariah Collection

Posted: 24 Jul 2009 01:00 PM PDT

Nike Lunar Mariah

The Nike Lunar Mariah is a seamless blend of past and present innovation. Nike's co-founder Bill Bowerman was obsessed with innovation; especially finding ways to making shoes as lightweight as possible. Originally developed in 1980, the Air Mariah was a premier lightweight road- and track-racing shoe from Nike that remained in the line through the 90s. Taking the silhouette and materials of the Nike Eagle for the upper, the Air Mariah was the first to feature full-length Air.

Fast forwarding to 2009, the latest foam cushioning and upper construction innovation gave Nike Sportswear the tools to make the original Air Mariah even better. Adding Lunar foam, a lightweight and extremely responsive foam developed for our athletes leading up to and during the 2008 championship games and no sew construction, as well as the latest materials developed allowed the Nike Sportswear footwear designers to re-build a Nike Mariah upper that is lighter and more comfortable than ever.

In the fall of 2009, Nike will release three new colorways - Black/Hot Red, Black/White and Black/Royal Blue. The latter two colorways will release at Nike Sportswear 1948 London exclusively. Click here to view detailed photos of each colorway.

Nike Zoom LeBron Soldier III XDR

We gave you a look at the Nike Zoom Soldier III XDR earlier this month. Today, we have additional photos.

The Nike Zoom LeBron Soldier III XDR is designed for outdoor use, yet still maintains the lightweight performance that the Soldier III is synonymous with. The key in strengthening the longevity of the shoes comes from XDR, Extra Durable Rubber. Unfortunately, these will only release as an Asia Exclusive so they won’t hit US Stores. You can however, pick them up at Kix-Files.

You can see additional photos by clicking here.

Fragment Design x Nike Air Zoom All Court Premium

Posted: 24 Jul 2009 12:22 PM PDT

Nike Air Zoom All Court

In the past, Nike Sportswear and Fragment Design have teamed up to design simple, stylish designs, namely the Nike Tennis Classic (which also included the help of Uniform Experiment). However, instead of collaborating on a classic Nike sneaker, both sides have now designed a new model dubbed the Nike Air Zoom All Court Premium.

This model’s makeup is almost identical to the aforementioned Nike Tennis Classic except it possesses a rubber toe cap. As for the colorway, this sneaker owns a 100% white leather upper with a black/orange Nike logo on the tongue. In addition, this shoe also features a perforated swoosh on the side panels. Stay tuned for more information regarding this new silhouette. What are your thoughts on the Nike Air Zoom All Court Premium?

Air Jordan Fusion 13 White/Black/Red

Air Jordan Fusion 13 White/Black/Red

When we first gave you a look at the Jordan Fusion 13, it seemed that nearly none of you liked the shoes. Today, we have a look at photos of the upcoming release.

The Air Jordan Fusion 13 takes the Air Jordan 13, and combines it with the Air Force 1 sole. The white, black and red colorway was originally applied to AJ13 back in 1997. Placed on the Fusion 13, the colorway is still fresh, but can it make the shoe?

Do these actual photos change your opinion of the shoe? Click here to let us know what you think.

Agenda Tradeshow - Best in Show

Posted: 24 Jul 2009 11:58 AM PDT

Agenda Best in ShowEarlier this week, we were out in Huntington Beach to check out what kicks were on the horizon for 2010.  While we have attended a number of trade shows of the past several years, Agenda did a great job of showcasing the best of the best.  Footwear brands in show included Nike 6.0, Converse, DC Life, New Balance, Reebok, K-Swiss, Circa, Vans, and Supra who had many great shoes for the next seasons.  The clothing front was well covered and selective.  It was a show that did not require walking miles and miles between the goods.  Live DJing and location right next to the beach made this show one we will definitely love to return to.

While cameras were off limits in many booths, we were able to compile a list of the best kicks in show.  Click here to get a look at what kicks were on the top shelf at Agenda.

Other features include a visible Air sole unit and white details in the form of the swoosh and inner lining. No word yet on when this sneaker will release stateside, however, click here to view detailed photos. Is this one of the better Nike Air Force 1 releases this summer?
