Nike SB P Rod 3

Here comes the latest P-Rod Nike SB Zoom. Might seem like taken out of a late St. Patrick’s day party but it’s more of a darker green. It has nice and smooth suede upper with a few accents here and there of red. It’s soon to be out and watch out for it in your local SB accounts and ride back on your board baby. [Highsnobiety]

Nike Aina Chukka Black

Posted: 05 Apr 2010 12:43 PM PDT

Nike Aina Chukka Black

The consensus on the Nike Aina Chukka was almost completely positive. Most readers were excited to have lightly-branded Nike that was more casual than sport-inspired. We saw a Bone colored pair release some time ago, but this pair may be next to hit shelves.

Black suede is used on this pair, appearing in woven form on the quarter panels. Leather strips are used for the laces, as well as the piece that wraps around the heel just above the base of the upper. A white vulcanized sole is used for this pair as it was the others, and gets help again from the repeating diamond pattern. These can be had at Korea’s Kasina now, but will hopefully drop at your local store sometime soon.

New Balance 574 “Sonic Welded” Pack

Posted: 05 Apr 2010 11:58 AM PDT

We first previewed this New Balance 574 “Sonic Welded” Pack in mid-January, and those who commented stated that this was a very nice collection of sneakers. At the time, it was stated that this pack would release during the fall/winter season; however, we have just learned that the New Balance 574 “Sonic Welded” Pack is now available at select retailers overseas.

The New Balance 574 incorporated in the “Sonic Welded” Pack is not your everyday sneaker. Each sneaker was constructed using heat and medal to mold sections together. With that said, these New Balance 574s appear to own a seamless base primarily comprised of nubuck with a touch of mesh (toe box, collar, tongue). Colors include black/green, grey/yellow and brown/orange. As stated earlier, you can purchase this pack at select retailers overseas.

Air Jordan 6 Black/Infrared Retro

Jordan 6 Black/Infrared Retro

Following the news of the return of the Air Jordan 6, many heads were extremely pumped, but that enthusiasm quickly diffused when word and photos surfaced that the shoes would not come with Infrared accents on the all black sneaker.  The shoes dropped in January, and though they sold pretty well, the hue of red on the sneaker left the game time decision to pass rather than purchase.

Not long after the release of the Black/Varsity Red Air Jordan 6’s rumors started surfacing of a “Infrared Pack” that would feature the Air Jordan 6’s coming back in the original colors of Black/Infrared and White/Infrared.  While talk is cheap, photos of samples aren’t.  Photos surfaced today of an Air Jordan 6 with Infrared accents and a size tag that is the smoking gun.

From the photo you can see that not only is the shoe a different product code, but the date stamp comes just two weeks before the release of the Black/Varsity Reds.  Is Jordan Brand responding to the cries for Infrared?  Time will tell the full story, but for now, this makes the “Infrared Pack” seem like something more solid than just a rumor.

Word is the shoes will release June.  Stay tuned to Nice Kicks for more updates on the Infrared Pack as well as all the other sneakers you are after!

adidas Consortium Campus 80s “Glow In The Dark”

Posted: 05 Apr 2010 11:13 AM PDT

adidas Consortium Campus 80s "Glow In The Dark"

The clean low-profile silhouette of the adidas Campus 80s has provided a canvas for an innumerable amount of color-ups, especially lately. The last time we saw this shoe, it carried a White/Snakeskin look, and like that one, this shoe shows a very unique look.

As the title would suggest, the uppers of these glow in the dark, showing an eerie green hue. Though it is hard to tell in these dark photos, white leather appears to have been used to complement the midsole and stripes along the side. Select Consortium retailers will start selling these very soon, including No 74.

Nike Air Max 90 Current Torch Black/White

Posted: 05 Apr 2010 09:43 AM PDT

Nike Air Max 90 Current Torch Black/White

The beauty of classic Nike Sportswear silhouettes like the Air Max 1 and 90 is that not only will they never bore us in their standard fare, but with a little new technology, each can again be on top of the running and comfort markets. The Nike Air Max 1 became the Air Maxim 1, and then the Air Maxim 1 Torch in a matter of a year so. Now it is the Air Max 90 that has been given the double overhaul, as seen in this Air Max 90 Current Torch.

The Free forefoot and Torch combine to transform the Air Max 90 into this current hybrid, teaming with the standard Max Air bag in the heel to provide a great level of comfort. Black leather on the mudguard matches the black majority of the shoe, while a silver Swoosh adds some contrast. Pre-order yours now at end, or wait until they come stateside sometime soon.

Kicks On Court: Best of VII

Posted: 05 Apr 2010 08:58 AM PDT

Throughout this basketball season, LeBron James has worn a slew of Nike Air Max LeBron VII colorways including the “All-Star” Air Max LeBron VII, the all-black, suede pair and the “Hardwood Classic” colorways. However, James may have laced up the two best Air Max LeBron VII colorways over the weekend!

In a win against the Atlanta Hawks, LeBron went for 27 points and 13 rebounds while wearing the “Cool Grey” Nike Air Max LeBron VII. This particular sneaker is not to be confused with the cool grey/royal blue Air Max LeBron VIIs Bobby Brown wore last week; Bobby Brown’s LeBron VIIs are part of the accent color-assisted “Cool Grey” Air Max LeBron VII pack. The VIIs LeBron wore over the weekend simply feature a cool grey/white color scheme. As for yesterday, James finally debuted the “Dunkman” Air Max LeBron VIIs on court. It seems James waited for “Green Week” to debut the “Dunkmans” on court. Hit the jump to view these kicks plus more worn by Kobe Bryant, Kevin Durant, Dwight Howard and others.
