Air Jordan granted son Marcus Jordan his own exclusive PE for the Rising Stars Gold AAU team he played for. Like everyone else, customized kicks should pair some stuff, but for Marcus this PE matches nothing but a daily wear. To talk about the kicks, some changes were made, it takes the original Charcoal’s and replaces the typical Red accents and replaces them in Yellow. The number 23 at the back was taken off and replaced by Marcus’ jersey number, 5. Finally, another MJ was able to own innovated Jumpman shoes. [NiceKicks]
On a first glance you would think that this shoe looks weird, indeed it is categorized as a crazy colorway because of its multi-colored accents on the side panels that include Black, Purple, Pink, and Turquoise. The upper comes in Black, it has a speckled sole and a Turquoise inner lining. Looks messed-up huh? Yet, if you have the artist’s eyes you will appreciate its beauty. This is a creation by team Reebok and Orchard Street. [NiceKicks]

The PUMA CLYDE BREAKPOINT PACK will feature remodeled Puma Clydes and Puma Steppers. The Breakpoint Collection has transformed the classic basketball sneakers into tennis sneakers through the use of traditional Wimbledon colors including royal purple and emerald green along with black, burgundy and royal blue. the new Breakpoint collection is a suitably restrained take on product development that is a nice counterpoint to the mental madness of the recent PUMA Terror Kings.
Converse Sea Star (PIGEON) once again utilizes stark grey uppers set off by pink pops that have made all his releases so recognisable. The Sea Star never existed before as a mid, only as a low. STAPLE DESIGN added the mid and the puffed out collar to give it a bit of skate/city appeal, but kept the boating aesthetic for the most part. The kicks feature a water resistant collar so when you're at sea wearing your Sea Star's you'll have extra protection, at least around the ankle area.

Taking inspiration from a couple of arguably the greatest Air Jordans of all time, these Nike Air Burst Huarache releases are a great tribute to MJ’s legacy.
The Cool grey version comes in the same make up as the Air Jordan XI of the same colorway, while the Bred XI’s are the inspiration for the other pair. The Bred colorway is always popular, but the Cool Grey colorway was essentially the one that started the trend of grey kicks that has spread like wild fire throughout the sneaker world.
We have recently showed you exclusive photos of the Jordan Dub Zero in black/varsity maize and black/laser blue. Although many of you thought those colorways were exceptional, could this Jordan Dub Zero Black/Red be the best color scheme yet?
Similar to the aforementioned colorways, this sneaker features a predominately black base; however, what sets this shoe apart from the other two is the black tonal laser designs on the upper. The other two colorways contain white laser designs, but the black laser drawings give this sneaker a more sleeker, fresh look. Red accents appear on the tongue, ankle area and heel. Expect to see the Jordan Dub Zero at your nearest retailers in the summer. Click here to view more photos. Via Marquee Sole.
Reebok has decided to drop one of Allen Iverson’s most memorable signature sneakers. The Reebok Answer 1 Retro dropped back in 1996-1997 against tough competition in the sneaker world, going head to head with the likes of MJ’s Air Jordan XIII, and Kobe’s KB8 Adidas.
This time around the competition will be just as tough on the Black/Red colorway on the Reebok Answer 1, if not tougher. However the career of Iverson nearly fifteen years after these originally dropped makes these even more iconic then they were the first time around. Whether or not your a Reebok, or an Iverson fan, you’ve gotta respect these kicks and their place in the history of our culture.
No word on when these will drop but we’ll definitely keep you informed.
Reebok has teamed up with rap group Kidz in the Hall to promote the Classic Remix Collection set to drop this spring. The collection will consist of new colorways of classic Reebok footwwar models such as the EX-O-Fit, the LS Ease and the SK7000. It will only be available at Footlocker retailers.
Kidz in the Hall will represent the music side of promoting the Reebok Classic Remix Collection. The hip hop group has created a ‘remix’ to the classic “I Got it Made” song by Special Ed (click here to listen). The remixed track will only be available for download to customers who purchase footwear from the Classic Remix collection on March 10th, 2009. Look for more colorways and models throughout the year along with remixed tracks from artists such as B.O.B and Kid Sister.
We’ve recently seen some pretty “unique” colorways of the Jordan 6 Fusion. This most recent colorway is definitely one of the better colorways of the 6.
The Air Jordan 6 Fusion Court Blue comes in the 5/8 cut which is somewhere in between a low top and a high top. The white upper sits on a visible Air unit that has been integrated into the Air Force 1 midsole. The Court Blue color that accents the white is combined with University Blue to make a colorway that strikingly resembles another Jordan, the Air Jordan 7 “French” colorway.
The Converse Weapon in the mid-eighties changed the sneaker game, the marketing and advertising campaigns put together by the Converse team were ground-breaking. The ads that featured Magic and Bird put sneakers in front of more people than ever before.
This weekend some new colorways of this game changing sneaker will be releasing. A Lakers low top colorway in black with yellow and purple accents, along with a high top version in black and green for the Boston Celtics. Both colorways feature the creative “weapresent” moniker across the tongue.
Lately, Vans Vault has been hard at work as we have seen upcoming pack releases such as the Peacoat, Del Barco Mid and Del Barco Low. Another upcoming pack release, dubbed the Eco Pack, will soon hit retailers, and we have photos of one sneaker included in it.
This Vans Era model contains a two-toned blue/red upper; however, the most interesting feature is the Maharam sustainable material the upper is made of. It is also complimented with a white rubber sole and comes with an extra pair of blue laces. Click here to view more photos. Thanks to Hypebeast for the info. Via Ripe.
