Nike Air Royal Black/White-Purple

Posted: 25 Jun 2010 12:58 PM PDT

Nike AIr Royal

There were both positive and negative comments regarding the Nike Air Royal Mid QS Black Patent we showed you a few days ago. Some of you loved its simplicity, while others were not too impressed with the choice of materials used. We have now spotted a more simpler Nike Air Royal that is set to appear at stateside retailers soon.

This particular Nike Air Royal also features a primarily black-colored base; however, it is strictly done up in leather as opposed to patent leather and suede. Minimal white hints, such as the swoosh and laces, provide nice color blocking, yet, the purple elements, located on the heel and tongue give this Royal some pizazz. View detailed photos below.

PUMA Comp Star White/Green

Puma Comp Star White/Green

A new colorway of the Puma Comp Star is on its way to retail. The last time we saw this shoe, it owned a Bullitt-inspired colorway, thanks to the crew at UNDFTD. This time around, it relies on a vintage look and simple color scheme.

Green suede swoops along the sides, matching the outsole and branding elements. White leather provides a base and makes for a very old school aesthetic.

Nike Zoom Hyperfuse “Triple Black”

Posted: 25 Jun 2010 12:28 PM PDT

Nike Zoom Hyperfuse "Triple Black"

Back when the “Fab 5″ was wrecking college competition (and losing count of their time outs), it was unheard of to wear black hoops shoes with matching socks. Decades later, the “blackout” look is a staple on courts everywhere.

This Nike Zoom Hyperfuse, which will release sometime this Fall, follows suit with its “Triple Black” colorway. As one would assume, every element of this sneaker is black, from the Zoom sole to the Hyperfuse-constructed upper. This silhouette has received rave reviews every time we’ve posted it, and may be one of the bigger hoops shoes of recent memory. Will this colorway help get you into this shoe once it releases?

Air Jordan 7 White/Orion Blue

Posted: 25 Jun 2010 11:58 AM PDT

Air Jordan 7

In addition to the Air Jordan 3 White/Cement and the Air Jordan 13 “Playoffs”, Jordan Brand will also unleash an Air Jordan 7 during the year of 2011.

At a first glance, this shoe may remind you of the Air Jordan 7 “Pacific Blue” that released in 2006. However, the color schemes are obviously different. Orion blue and infrared accents provide nice color blocking on the predominately white leather upper and are specifically spotted on the sole, tongue and heel. Any chance we can see Kevin Durant play in these? Just one game?  If you recall, we haven’t seen a colorway of MJ’s seventh signature sneaker since 2009’s Air Jordan 7 DMP 60+ Pack, and there has been no sign of an Air Jordan 7 release this year. Therefore, will you jump on this Air Jordan 7 White/Orion Blue when it releases?

Jordan Comfort Max 11

Posted: 25 Jun 2010 11:28 AM PDT

Jordan Comfort Max 11

For Spring of 2011, Jordan Brand will introduce this hybrid running sneaker by mixing the Air Jordan 11 and the Nike Air Max 1, Tinker Hatfield’s most lasting designs.

The upper resembles that of a squashed AJ11. Rather than use patent leather however, the mudguard shows a black elephant print. The Air Max sole somewhat resembles the AM1’s, including the 6 slits on the forefoot (The Air Max 1 uses only 2 slits). On this particular colorway, neon yellow is paired with black. With the current hybrid and fusion models from Jordan Brand receiving either an automatic dismissal or Spizike-like acceptance, only time will tell if this shoe will fly off of, or get dusty on, store shelves. Now however, via the beauty of the internet, you can head to comments section and weigh in right now.

Multiple colorways of the Nike Blazer “Quilted” Collection continue to surface as we have now spotted a pair that may interest some of you New Orleans Saints fans out there.

The primarily satin-textured Blazer Low ND shown above is overlayed by a gold quilt-like design followed by a gold swoosh and an inner lining of the same color. Black leather graces the midfoot and toe area, while the base as a whole sits atop a white, vulcanized rubber sole. View detailed photos below.

Vans Old Skool & Mountain Edition “Gum” Pack

Posted: 25 Jun 2010 10:28 AM PDT

Vans Old Skool & Mountain Edition "Gum" Pack

Four Vans have been spotted for a Fall release sharing one very popular design element: a gum sole. Two Mountain Editions and two Old Skools are included in the pack, in two different total colorways.

The Old Skools use all suede uppers with white contrast stitching and include leather stripes along the sides. The Mountain Editions feature the same build, but without the leather. All four shoes make use of black leather liners, as well as a black pinstripe on the sole.
