Nike Air Force 1 MX iD by Adam Sofa Posted: 02 Jan 2010 11:58 AM PST Adam Sofa’s no stranger to hot Nike Air Force 1 iDs. Many of you will remember his first go around with the iD program at 21 Mercer, thanks to the well-received “Nike Air Force 1 iD x Air Yeezy” we saw awhile back. This time around, Adam drew inspiration from something he relies on every day, as his Limb Girdle Muscular Dystrophy limits his mobility. These were designed via iChat from his home with design cues from his scooters. The blue patent Swoosh represents the shiny blue scooter he uses, while the other one is red. To represent that, Hot Red is used on the outsole and liner. Matte Silver suede is the choice material for the construction of the uppers, which was taken from the grey of the tires his scooters ride on. The whole scheme was thought up by Adam when he was without a scooter for 2 weeks and realized his dependency on them, and explains the “No Scooters” laser engraved on the keychain. | Read the rest of Nike Air Force 1 MX iD by Adam Sofa © Alex Kroviak for NiceKicks.com, 2010. | Permalink | 4 comments | Add to del.icio.us Post tags: Nike, Nike Air Force 1, Nike iD |

Nike Air Max LeBron VII Cool Grey/White Posted: 02 Jan 2010 10:28 AM PST Has there been a Nike Air Max LeBron VII colorway you haven’t liked? Most of you were impressed by the Air Max LeBron VII NFW White/Red he sported on his birthday. Now, check out this soon-to-be-released Air Max Lebron VII. It features a predominately cool grey colored base with minimal white accents in the form of the shoelaces and midsole. This particular LeBron VII also contains some distinctive elements that set it apart from the previous LeBron VIIs. Specifically, it possesses a unique text pattern on the mdial panel and on the tongue. Supposedly, this text is filled with various words that mean a lot to ‘King James’ such as loyalty and tradition. No word on when this shoe will release; meanwhile, click here to view detailed photos | Read the rest of Nike Air Max LeBron VII Cool Grey/White © George Kiel III for NiceKicks.com, 2010. | Permalink | 14 comments | Add to del.icio.us Post tags: Nike, Nike Air Max LeBron VII, Nike Basketball |
