Another Nike Blazer Hi was dropped in Black/White/Blue colorway. The neat construction makes the Black upper appear finer with Blue strip skirting above the White textured rubber sole. It owns a set of Black laces and the Nike logo is located on the tongue while an embroidered Nike branding appears on the heel. A Black inner liner was also applied on the interior. This Blazer hi is now available at selected Nike retailers as well as The Darkside Initiative in CA. [NiceKicks]
Brand Jordan’s Silver Anniversary edition has another upcoming release - the Air Jordan 1 Retro which comes in a Grey nubuck upper with hints of crackled metallic Silver Swoosh, heel, and collar. Two new colorways of the Nike Air 180 will be part of the 2010 releases. With this said, one pair has an Air Max 90-inspired setup with the White and Off-White base with infrared and Black accents. The remaining pair got its color from the Air Jordan VIII “Aqua” where Black is the primary hue. Both colorways use a combination of suede and mesh materials. Expect these to drop in the near future. A couple of days ago, we notified you of the Nike Sportswear Futura x Syracuse Event that highlighted the release of the two Futura x Nike Air Force 1 His. We now have a photo recap of this event which featured a couple of big names.
The event, which was held at 21 Mercer Street, was hosted by ESPN’s Jay Corbin and featured Syracuse alum Pearl Washington and Paul Harris. Besides the question and answer with the Syracuse faithful, the event also featured a live showing of the Georgetown-Syracuse game and raffle where the first 21 winners were awarded a Nike basketball signed by Futura. The grand prize winner was awarded a Nike iD Bespoke session with Futura. Click here to view the full Futura x Syracuse launch event recap.
Every year, the best high school basketball players in the country assemble to compete in the Jordan Brand Classic. For this year’s event, the Jordan Icons was designed for the young hoopers to wear.
Instead of using the threading seen on most Jordan Icons colorways, the mid-panel is done with perforated stripes. The toe half is done in royal blue nubuck while the tongue and midsole portion that wraps around the heel use the same color. White is used for the heel portion. Red laces match up with the midfoot stripe and tongue embroidery. Finally, a JBC logo appears on the heel.

We have seen a plethora of nice Blazers, such as the “Shoe”, the varsity red/white-black and “Gold Leaf”, that are set to appear later this year. In addition, we have just received word that Nike has unleashed yet another Blazer at select retailers including the Darkside Initiative.
This particular Blazer owns more of a subtle, simple colorway than the previously-mentioned Blazers. It features a predominately black leather with minimal blue accents seen on the tongue and the sole outlining just above the traditional, white sole. Other attributes include black shoelaces, white Nike branding on the heel and a black inner lining. Hit the jump to see the Darkside Initiative’s store info.
Green Label Relaxing and New Balance have paired up yet again, following their collaboration on the NB 995 with this CM999.
Classy and clean was the theme again, like the shoe above, with the use of navy blue suede for the majority of the upper. White mesh works its way in on the toe box, and grey hits appear on the forefoot and near the ankle. A 3M reflective logo is used, as we’re accustomed to seeing. Off white is also put to work on the heel half of the midsole. These will release sometime in the near future.
