Reebok Pump Omni Zone ‘Awesome Blue’

Posted: 25 Aug 2010 12:58 PM PDT

Reebok Pump Omni Zone Awesome Blue

Earlier this month, many of you were enamored by the collaborative effort between Solebox and Reebok on the Pump Omni Zone that featured mini bulbs on the side panels (it actually lost a Footwear Faceoff to the TRON x adidas Heat Check by one vote!). However, we have now spotted a simpler Reebok Pump Omni Zone that is now available at select retailers worldwide. Although it contains a predominately black leather base, the Awesome Blue hints (PUMP tongue logo, side panels, midsole) are the most intriguing to say the least. View additional photos below.

More high resolution photos have surfaced for the Air Jordan 11 “Cool Grey” scheduled to release later this December.  For those eager to inspect quality, materials, and differences between this upcoming release and the OG release, check out the photos below and let us know what you think of this retro.  This pair features an all grey nubuck upper with a patent leather material encompassing the entire bottom. White laces, branding, and midsoles add contrast while a new blue tinted outsole has created some debate amongst “sneakeheads.”

Ronnie Fieg x Asics Gel Lyte III “The Cove”

Posted: 25 Aug 2010 11:58 AM PDT

Ronnie Fieg x Asics Gel Lyte III "The Cove"

Summer may be only weeks from over, but the next Ronnie Fieg-designed Asics Gel Lyte III to release draws inspiration from right where you want to be when the weather is hot: the beach. Dubbed “The Cove” as a nod to the resort in the Bahamas that inspired the colorway, this Asics owns a teal upper with minimal accent work, aside from the dark grey midsole and white hits on the quarter panel. If you’re able to focus on the shoe in these pictures, you’ll notice that the toe box and select other areas are perforated pigskin, while most of the rest of the upper is nubuck.

Nike Air Max 24-7 “Midnight Navy”

Posted: 25 Aug 2010 11:13 AM PDT

Nike Air Max 24-7 Midnight Navy

The Nike Air Max 24-7 been one of the biggest sneaker surprises of this year. Many of you have took a liking to its Air Max 95-borrowed colorways such as the “Neon” and the “Chili”. However, this new, original colorway of the Nike Air Max 24-7 may be the best we’ve seen on this instant classic model. A Midnight Navy synthetic material covers the predominance of the base, while Blue Lacquer-colored hints (laceholders, branding) provide nice complimentary attributes. The full-length Air Max sole unit is also colored in Lacquer Blue. Lastly, minimal Metallic Silver accents are seen in various places throughout the upper. The The Nike Air Max 24-7 “Midnight Navy” is now available at select Nike Sportswear retailers including Nice Kicks in Austin, Texas for $160.

Nike Air Max 90 Granite/Royal Blue-Lucky Green

Posted: 25 Aug 2010 10:58 AM PDT

Nike Air Max 90 GraniteWith iconic colorways like the “Infrareds” and “Laser Blues” re-releasing, it’s sometimes hard for a new colorway of the the Nike Air Max 90 to get much love. Nike continues to bring new life to this classic runner mixing it up with a Granite/Royal Blue-Lucky Green colorway. The shoe features white mesh on the upper contrasted by granite and royal blue tumbled leather. Lucky green pops up all over the shoe accenting the lining, eyelets, back piece, and midsole. The mostly white midsole sets atop a royal blue outsole finishing off the sneaker. This model has dropped overseas with no information on a US release. What do you think of this colorway?
