We first showed you this Nike LeBron 8 V2 White/Black-Red in mid-October, and some of you preferred this model over the original Nike LeBron 8. As seen in the photos, this Nike LeBron 8 V2 features a colorway similar to the recently released “China” Nike LeBron 8; yet, it contains a totally different texture makeup. Torch and Flywire technologies work together on the upper in a translucent-like construction. When we first debuted the Nike Air PR1 on the site, there was both positive and negative remarks regarding this newly-designed hybrid. This shoe incorporates qualities from some of Nike’s older silhouettes such as the Air Pressure (removable plastic ankle strap), the Air Revolution (midsole) and the Air Flight Lite (toe area). Two new colorways of the hybrid have surfaced at select retailers worldwide. Both pairs contain a mainly black leather base with monochromatic accents including the laces, a suede swoosh and a suede collar/heel area. The widely-acclaimed NikeZoom Hyperfuse has been one of the most talked about hoops shoes in 2010, thanks to its light weight, incredible traction and Zoom Air cushioning. For 2011, a similar but beefier silhouette will debut in the more big man-friendly Air Max Fly By. This model itself owns a similar shape to the aforementioned model, with Hyperfuse being used for the construction of the upper.
