Sneakerology 101 x Reebok Reverse Jam

The Sneakerology 101 x Reebok Reverse Jam shoe's evident theme is education but one that extends beyond the walls of Carnegie Mellon and into the Greater Pittsburgh area. Yes, Sneakerology is a scientific discipline nowadays. And Reebok seems to make its own contributions to the field with this new and unusual design which brings together aspects of professionalism and courageous creativity.First off, the outer of this Reverse Jam Mid contains elements which directly relate back to a classroom atmosphere. For example, the slate nubuck upper is meant to represent the blackboard, while the yellow stripes represent chalk, and the wool felt tongue represents a chalkboard eraser. The kicks are limited with only 101 made. You can pick them up at the Carnegie Mellon Campus for $75 on the 15th of April at Kicksburg, with proceeds going to charity.

The Atmos x New Balance CM996 AB shoe features a textured black upper with plenty of added style features. The heel and ankle panels, as well as the New Balance "N" logo are covered in a houndstooth pattern and the top section of the midsole sports a speckled purple hue. The most noticeable feature, however, is the gradient rainbow effect that transitions up the entire shoe, from purple on the toe, all the way to green on the tongue. The use of vibrant, multi-colored accents definitely adds depth to the shoe. The insole also features a rainbow gradient while the heel hosts a unique black/grey pattern.

Air Jordan 2.5 Low Black/Green

Air Jordan 2.5 Low Black/Green

At the beginning of the 2008-09 NBA season, many players were spotted wearing the Air Jordan 2.5 consistently. Ray Allen, Chris Paul, Mike Bibby and Quentin Richardson all hooped in the Air Jordan 2.5 at least one time. With that said, we have now spotted a new colorway of the Air Jordan 2.5 Low.

This particular sneaker contains a predominately black base with minimal green accents throughout the upper. One of the more unique features on this shoe is the green cement print design seen just above the black midsole. To compliment the green accents on the upper, this Air Jordan 2.5 also possesses a green outsole. Is the cement design a good look for the Air Jordan 2.5 low?

Ben Drury x Dizzee Rascal Nike Air Max 90

Posted: 09 Apr 2009 12:09 PM PDT

Ben Drury x Dizzee Rascal Nike Air Max 90British designer Ben Drury teamed up with rapper/producer Dizzee Rascal to collaborate on a classic, the Air Max 90.

We only have a sneak peek at the Ben Drury x Dizzee Rascal Nike Air Max 90, but it’s just enough to let us get us hyped. Not only does the outsole have a clear portion on on the heel, but the portion of the midsole surrounding the Air unit in the heel has a translucent overlay. Coloring seems to be a simple tonal grey, on top of the grey and white midsole, but we’ll have to wait and see how these turn out.

Will the icy clear outsole ever be played out?

Nike Sportswear Air Rejuven8 Summer ColorwaysWith summer right around the corner, you can bet we’ll be seeing a lot more lightweight and bright colored kicks like these Nike Sportswear Air Rejuven8 summer releases.

I can’t say I’m a big fan of the design of the Rejuven8, but recently a friend of mine hit me up to let me know how comfortable these kicks are. There is a red, yellow and white make-up, and a black, white and yellow, both of which are done in gradient colorways. Of the two gradient colorways, I’ll be looking for the black, white and yellow when these drop this summer.

Anybody else a fan of the Air Rejuven8? Click here to let us know what you think of them.
