| Nike Shox BB Pro Vince Carter PE Posted: 01 Nov 2010 12:28 PM PDT Vince Carter has long been the face of Nike Shox technology, thanks to the Shox BB4 legendarily helping propel him up and over a helpless 7 footer in the 2000 Olympics. Presently, the former Tarheel can be seen wearing the BB Pro in special one-off PEs. We saw him sport a home colorway in Kicks on Court last week and now we are getting a closer look at his “Away” shoe. The leather and ribbed upper is all black and the Swoosh surround matches the blue outsole, heel and laces. To help make sure you know to whom these shoes belong, Carter’s VC logo is emblazoned on to the tongue. | Nike LeBron 8 V2 “Christmas” Teaser Posted: 01 Nov 2010 11:11 AM PDT LeBron James may be one of the most hated and vilified figures in the NBA, but his signature LeBron 8 shoe has quickly become one of the most loved sneakers of the 2010-2011 season. With nearly every colorway being talked about in a positive light, there’s no question that this might be LeBron’s best sneaker to date. Today, a teaser photos of the the LeBron 8 “Christmas” colorway has surfaced on the web. What can be seen of this LeBron 8 V2 “Christmas” is an all red synthetic upper that is fused with flywire technology set in white. A white/black speckled midsole, silver outsole, and green laces can be seen very faintly at the far boundaries of the photo. | Nike “Manny Pacquiao” Collection Posted: 01 Nov 2010 10:58 AM PDT With Manny Pacquiao’s title-defending out only two weeks away, what better time could there be to salute the face of the Philippines with a collection of Nike kicks? The Trainer 1.2 Low has been prepared in two colorways and the Highwire Slide is also available in special trim. The Anthracite/Black-Challenge Red sneaker first released widely just over a week ago, but this is definitely our best look at the White/Metallic Gold-White colorway, which is accented with red Flywire threads and an icy outsole. The fourth shoe for this pack isn’t featured here but is a Trainer 1.2-inspired boxing boot that can be seen in our previous coverage. These three of Nikes are available now at 21 Mercer. | West NYC x Nike “Marathon Pack” Posted: 01 Nov 2010 09:56 AM PDT In less than a week, athletes and runners from all over the world will head to New York for one of the most difficult yet self-rewarding experiences in the world: the New York City Marathon. To commemorate this yearly event, Nike will be releasing a special “Marathon Pack” that features colorways for both men and women. Both models and all four colorways previewed today are inspired by the change of colors at Central Park during the Fall season. The first pair of Air Max 1s uses earthy tones of brown, purple, cream, and green while the second pair of AM1′s aimed for women features a purple and grey classic mesh/suede upper. The final two pairs of the the Nike LunarGlide feature more commonly seen colorways with both pairs using a grey base to compliment photo blue and hot pink highlights. Individual members of the pack are rumored to be raffled off on Sunday, November 7th, 2010, while 10 pairs will be given to friends and family.
