The Nike Zoom Kobe V “Chaos” along with the Nike Air Max LeBron VII “Christmas” will go on a nationwide sale on December 26. This is an exception to the Kobes being set to release on mid-January 2010. To describe, the Air Max LeBron VII Christmas comes in Red upper with gradient look side panel having a Flywire design, while the Zoom Kobe V Chaos has White base with Blue side panel, Lime Green Swoosh, Grey heel, Black toe box, and speckled midsole. Sneaker Freaker’s Best of the Best 2009 - George Kiel III

As we all know, a lot of “Best ____ of the Year” features always surface around this time and rightfully so. As sneaker lovers, it gives us a chance to reminisce about what releases caught our attention and which ones we ignored.

With that said, Sneaker Freaker is back at it with its Best of the Best 2009. They reached out to several sneaker lovers, including me, across the world and asked what our favorite release of the year was. Nike Vandal Hi Vintage “Neon Nylon” Pack

Obviously, Nike has released a ton of Blazers, Dunks and Terminators throughout the 2009. On the contrary, we have not seen a lot of Vandals this year. Would you like to see more Vandal releases? If so, Nike has answered your call by releasing arguably the best two Vandal colorways of this year.

If you recall, we showed you this Nike Vandal Hi Vintage “Neon Nylon” Pack this past summer and the majority of you were enamored by the color schemes involved. Both are now available at select retailers including Dunk. These Vandal Highs feature 100% nylon uppers combined with a vintage, off-white sole. These two attributes gives this shoe a futuristic and antique feel simultaneously. One pair possesses an electric green base with medium grey accents, while the other pair owns a medium grey base with wild pink details. Click here to view additional photos.

Nike Terminator Hi Premium “Noise” + T-shirt

Nike has been catering to the women through the Terminator model by unloading many different pairs including the “Day & Night” Terminators and the X-Girl x Nike Sportswear Terminator Hi collection just to name a couple. On the contrary, Nike has now released a Terminator for the guys in the form of this “Noise” makeup. It is now available at 21 Mercer St.

It owns a simple yet stylish design similar to its predecessor, the black/metallic silver “Noise” Terminators. This pair owns a sleek, white premium leather base with monochromatic details such as the shoelaces, sole and the perforated swoosh. Its most distinctive elements the metallic silver heel panel and the words NOISE in metallic silver as well, are seen on the heel. This Terminator’s release is accompanied by a matching t-shirt that features the Nike logo. However, the word Noise takes the place of Nike on the tee. Click here to view more photos.

Nike Air Max LeBron VII White/Black-Gold Detailed Photos

The Nike Air Max LeBron VII will continue to unload in a plethora of colorways throughout 2010. Currently, Nike has released the Black/Black LeBron VII and will unleash the “Christmas” LeBron VII on the 26th of December. After that, look for more LeBron VIIs including this white/black-gold colorup.

This particular Air Max LeBron VII has many distinctive elements of its own that sets it apart from the rest. For example, its flywire design seems to contain vertical and diagonal lines instead of the honeycomb-like flywire designs on the previous LeBron VIIs. This element is coupled with a gradient-like attribute on the side panels. As for the color scheme, this shoe owns a predominately black and white colored base and owns minimal gold details similar to the aforementioned black/black pair. Space Jam inspired Nice Kicks T-shirts

Absolute pandemonium took place yesterday with the release of the much anticipated Space Jam Air Jordan 11’s. Across the US heads were lined up for hours in the cold to grab their pairs and online the sneaker community crashed servers en route to grabbing their Space Jams.

The next Vans Vault release will compose of Switchbacks in two colorways made of premium leather uppers. The first pair uses a Maroon toe box and textured Orange upper with Maroon contrast stitching, while the next pair is done up in worked Brown leather upper. Both pairs are finished with White vulcanized rubber soles aside from the boot-like design that each one possesses. The Vans Vault Switchback is a part of 2010 Spring /Summer releases so expect it to drop during these seasons. [NiceKicks]

The latest release of Nike Terminator builds a real connection to women since it comes in Black/Shadow Grey/Pink colorway. Basically made of Black leather, the shoe features a Shadow Grey Swoosh using Pink stitches as a border with a Pink midsole. In Retrospect: Air Jordan 11/12 Countdown Pack

This one of, if not the only Countdown Packs in which many of you actually liked both sneakers incorporated. Nike Zoom Kobe V “Chaos” and Air Max LeBron VII “Christmas”

Kobe and LeBron will sport the Nike Zoom Kobe V and Air Max LeBron VII “Christmas” during the Cavs-Lakers game, respectively. Whether you’re a fan of either, or both, players and their signature shoes, you’re sure to be pleased to hear that the day after Christmas, both release for sale nationwide.

The LeBrons had previously not been given an official release date, while the Kobes weren’t set to release until mid-January of 2010. If you recall, the Nike iD versions became available for sale this morning as well, but require a 4-6 week wait time, so if you just can’t hold out that long, you have less than 24 hours after their debut to grab the Zoom Kobe V “Chaos.” The LeBron VII “Christmas” was done especially for today’s game in a black and red gradient look, with a classic LeBron photo on the insole, capturing him receive his first basketball hoop at a tender young age. Talk about the gift that keeps on giving…

Michael Jordan’s 11 Best Games in the Air Jordan 11

In the spring of 1995, Michael Jordan returned from baseball wearing new shoes and a new number. While Jordan would start the comeback in the Air Jordan X and donning the number 45, he eventually would change numbers and change sneakers. As a final result, he went back to the famous 23 and the infamous Air Jordan XI.

The Air Jordan XIs would be best known as Jordan’s wheels for the famed 95-96 season that saw the Bulls go 72-10 en route to their 4th championship. The classic shoe was produced in several classic colorways, each of which MJ made history in.

Space Jam Launch tonight at AKIN

With the Air Jordan XI “Space Jam” release around the corner, Jordan heads in Chicago are starting to come up with ways to successfully come up with a pair. Even though it is a general release, The demand for the shoe has been building up since 2001 and spots in Chicago are being flooded with calls about the shoe already. Tonight at midnight, AKIN NSW in Chicago will be having a launch party release for the long awaited Space Jam.

AKIN opened its doors to the public early July as being Chicago’s first Nike Sportswear store. The store has been cooking up something for this particular release since its conception and it will be an event to remember. There will also be a Limited “Space Jam AKIN” tee dropping the same day. Early Arrival is suggested. Nice Kicks will be bringing you coverage on the event the following day.
