| Nike Air Foamposite Pro “Dark Pine” Posted: 09 Jun 2011 01:49 PM PDT A couple of days ago, we notified you of the “Retro” Nike Air Foamposite Pro releasing on July 1, 2011. Fresh off of the heels of that news, we have now spotted detailed photos of the upcoming Nike Air Foamposite Pro “Dark Pine”. If you recall, the Nike Air Foamposite Pro “Dark Pine” was debuted by none other than Wale in late March. The Dark Pine Foamposite shell is offset by multiple black hits such as the Swoosh, the midfoot, the inner lining. One of the most intriguing features on this shoe is the chameleon-like attribute it possesses; though the colorway is officially Pine Green, it seems to feature a purple shade when looking at it in different angles. The translucent, icy sole also compliments this shoe nicely. Will this be a definite purchase for you later this year? We now have extremely detailed photos of the upcoming Air Jordan 11 Low IE. Tumbled white leather, along with a black elephant printed mudguard, dominate the majority of this Air Jordan 11 Low IE’s upper. However, one of the most intriguing features on this shoe is the contrasting, blue tinted sole. Is this a must-have for you this summer/fall? | This Day In Sneaker History: King James Sports Nike Zoom Soldier in First Finals Appearance (2007) Posted: 09 Jun 2011 11:30 AM PDT LeBron James has been one of the hottest topics during the 2011 NBA Finals because of his recent struggles, and tonight all eyes will be on him in this very important game 5 of the Dallas Mavericks vs. Miami Heat series. Today, our “This Day In Sneaker History” column highlights another memorable moment when every set of eyeballs were focused on LeBron. King James led his army to the 2007 NBA Finals while wearing the Nike Zoom LeBron Soldier. Although the San Antonio Spurs eventually swept the Cavs, LeBron James accomplished a lot at a very young age in 2007. Therefore, the Nike Zoom LeBron Soldier will forever be remembered and attached to James’ phenomenal year in 2007. Specifically, James rocked a navy blue, white and gold during the “Away” games and rocked a white and gold pair in the “Home” games. Both colorways featured the word, “Witness” on the side panels. Both pairs are entirely constructed of suede and feature a stained autoclave sole. One pair possesses an all Team Red upper, while the other is colored in Obsidian.
