Nike has developed it’s own urban cycling sneaker in competition with what Adidas released called the Zeitfrei. It was a very nice conversion from a football sneaker of the popular name Tiempo to be transformed for use with a bike. One more thing to note about this one, it’s part of the Lance Armstrong “LIVESTRONG” collection as well. On the nearing date of June 20, this would be released on what is called a city pack. Furthermore, during the date of release, this would be showed off by eight famous city cyclers just to hype up the target market. [EUKicks]

Release Reminder: Nike Air Yeezy Net/Net

The final chapter in the Nike Air Yeezy will be written tomorrow with the official release of the third and final installment in the Yeezy run. It took more than a year to reach this point since Kanye West stepped onto the stage of the Grammy’s in February 2008 wearing the mysterious shoe. While many people may have their personal favorites of the shoe, the Net/Net Nike Air Yeezy has a few standout characteristics that separates it from the other two in the series.

This colorway of the Air Yeezy was the only colorway that was worn by Kanye West prior to the release campaign that began in April, 2009. This color frequently made it to the feet of Ye while he was busy on the Glow In The Dark Tour. Fitting for the name, the shoe not only features the signatory glow-in-the-dark sole, but the Swoosh on the side of the shoe lights up the night as well.

Currently, lineups are deep everywhere nationwide and many shops are even holding auctions for the shoe due to their high demand. We wish the best of luck and safety to all of those waiting in line and camping out for the shoes. Click here for more shots of the Net/Net Nike Air Yeezy.

Nike Zoom Kobe IV Finals Edition

As Kobe and the “LAKESHOW” make their way to victory lane (yes, sad for some of us, but true) as the NBA Champions this season, Nike has created a special makeup of the Zoom Kobe IV for the series against the Magic.

The Nike Zoom Kobe IV Finals Edition will be the last version of the Kobe IV. Special inspirations from the season have been added to commemorate Kobe’s accomplishment. Gold accents representing the quest for the NBA Championship trophy. Concord is used to provide energy to a colorway that traditionally features varsity purple. Graphics on the collar and vamp feature milestones and amazing stats that helped Kobe reach the Finals. Look for these on the feet of Lamar Odom, Trevor Ariza, Shannon Brown and Josh Powell as the Finals continue.

PUMA x Bode Mid “Da Lizard” Launch Recap

The PUMA x Bode Mid “Da Lizard” launched last month (click here to see photos). At Bodega, Mark Bode was on hand for the event. He put the final touches on a collaborative graffiti installation on Bodega's main store wall, as well as autographed shoes during the morning of the release. Vans June 2009 Releases

This month a number of releases will hit retailers, including two colorways of the Half Cab Pro and a makeup of the TNT II Mid.

The Vans Half Cab Pro drops in a grey and black colorway with red accents, and an additional colorway with olive/brown mix. The Vans TNT II Mid drops in a black makeup with Anti Hero tagged on the heel area. Suede is the primary material of choice, and of course the classic Vans vulcanized sole. Available now at HUF.
