Nike Vintage Tennis Posted: 24 Apr 2009 02:38 PM PDT You know how it goes, you scour eBay every night to find those OG’s that you’ve been missing. Then you finally find a pair, and after getting outbid, find another and finally they arrive at your door, you quickly throw them on your feet step to the mirror, only to see the midsole crumble out from under you. Now you can have the the classics without the crumble. This Nike Vintage Tennis is available in a number of color choices. Four vintage versions in a combination of mesh and leather materials. Color choices are simple just like back in the day, blue and red accents only. The outsole in a white, or rather antiqued off-white won’t end up looking like blue cheese, but still looks as if its been aged to perfection. Check out all four colorways after the break. | Read the rest of Nike Vintage Tennis © Nick Engvall for NiceKicks.com, 2009. | Permalink | 4 comments | Add to del.icio.us Post tags: Nike, Vintage Tennis |

Air Huarache x Nike Air Force 1 Supreme Black/Purple Posted: 24 Apr 2009 01:27 PM PDT We have already spotted the Scream Green and the White/White colorway of the Air Huarache inspired Nike Air Force 1 Supreme in select retailers. We now have photos of the third colorway that has been released in Europe. It features a mostly purple leather base mixed with a black suede toe area. Other features include a purple midsole, a translucent outsole, a white swoosh and the black Huarache logo on the tongue. Although this shoe is currently a Nike Store Europe exclusive, they will supposedly surface stateside soon. Asics Runovation Pack Posted: 24 Apr 2009 01:26 PM PDT The Asics Runovation Pack is now available at Asics retailers. It features three retro silhouettes that have now become quite popular as lifestyle releases, the GEL Lyte Speed, GEL Lyte II, and GEL Lyte III. The Runovation Pack takes an interesting approach. Each style is done up in a primarily mesh upper, which gives these normally casual kicks a true running shoe feel. The colorways chosen are pretty nice combos but I’m not sure how people will like them. Old running silhouettes with new running technology inspiration, an interesting concept to say the least.
