Cassette Playa x Nike Dunk Hi Premium

Cassette Playa x Nike Dunk Hi Premium

If you recall, UK based designer Carrie Mundane (Cassette Playa) collaborated with Nike in December on the Nike Blazer. Many of you thought that the aforementioned Blazer featured a very unique, funky colorway. In the same manner, both sides have hooked up again on this Nike Dunk Hi Premium.

Similar to the Blazer, this Dunk Hi Premium, possesses a very rare colorway to say the least. The base is made up of a predominately black base with white contrast stitching throughout the upper. However, it is the accent colorways that make this shoe a natural eye-catcher. Along the side and quarter. panels, this shoe contains orion blue eye designs. In addition minimal red details appear in the same places and also on the toe box. Other features include a clear plastic Nike swoosh, a black sole and a lime green color design just above the heel panel. Look for this Cassette Playa x Nike Dunk Hi Premium to release at House of Hoops in October. Click here to view detailed photos.

 Nike P-Rod 2 Premium White Cement/True Blue

In August 2009, the highly anticipated Nike P-Rod III will officially debut. In addition, the Air Jordan 3 “True Blue” will also release in August as well. So what better way to conclude the Nike P-Rod II releases with a “True Blue” tribute?

The Air Jordan III "True Blue" inspirations are very obvious on this particular sneaker. It contains a predominately white base with elephant print designs on the toe area and heel. Kicks On Court: Conference Finals Weekend Recap

Kicks On Court

Despite seeing multiple LeBron James Vs Kobe Bryant commercials (see here), many basketball will not get to witness the highly anticipated Lakers Vs Cavs Championship series. Nonetheless, our Kicks On Court really enjoyed seeing a plethora of Nike Zoom LeBron VI colorways and the Soldier III team unity. On the other hand, Kobe Bryant continues to lace up exclusive colorways of his fourth signature with each passing playoff series. That said, check out his latest colorway of the Nike Zoom Kobe IV.

This particular colorway is very different from the previous Kobe IV’s in that it contains less purple and more black. It also contains additional yellow accents on the toe cap, tongue and the heel panel. Could a championship PE be creeping up on the horizon soon? Click here to view more kicks worn by Carmelo Anthony, Courtney Lee, Kenyon Martin and others.
