Nike Auto Flight Black/Infrared

Posted: 12 Jun 2009 10:36 AM PDT

Nike Auto Flight Black/InfraredNike is set to release a couple of nice-looking hybrid models later this year. Using features from some of its more memorable sneakers, Nike will drop the Auto Force 180 and this Nike Auto Flight Black/Infrared.

Obviously, the Nike Auto Flight owns the exact same upper of the Air Flight Lite High; yet, the glaring difference is seen below the base. The Auto Flight owns a vulcanized rubber sole in place of the leather sole the Air Flight Lite High possesses. This particular colorway, set to release during the 2009 holiday season, contains a primarily black leather upper with minimal infrared accents on the border of the tongue, inner lining and the Nike logo on the heel panel. What are your thoughts on the Nike Auto Flight?

Nike Zoom Kobe IV “Finals Edition” Away

Posted: 12 Jun 2009 10:28 AM PDT

Nike Zoom Kobe IV Finals Edition AwayLast night we saw Kobe unveil an additional new colorway of the Zoom Kobe IV. We saw the Nike Zoom Kobe IV Finals Edition Home colorway at the start of the finals and now the away colorup has been seen.

This Nike Zoom Kobe IV Finals Edition Away colorway is graced with the same commemorative graphics celebrating Kobe’s road to the championship. The “away” colorway is done in primarily black, with accents of purple and gold. These shoes will look nice next to the trophy as it’s presented to the Lakers Sunday night, but I’m sure Los Angeles and Orlando fans alike, wouldn’t mind seeing that home colorway hit the court just one more time.

Nike Air Force 1 Premium “Jones Beach”

Posted: 12 Jun 2009 08:34 AM PDT

Nike Air Force 1 Premium Jones Beach

The quickstrike release receiving the most attention right now is obviously the Concepts x Nike SB "Blue Lobster" Dunk. However, we have now spotted another upcoming, limited quickstrike release in the form of this Nike Air Force 1 Premium “Jones Beach”.

First off, this particular Air Force 1 pays tribute to New York’s state park. Sticking to the nickname of this shoe, its base is made mostly of a sand-colored canvas texture. In addition, the heel panel is smothered in a seaweed-printed leather. Other features on this sneaker are inspired by Jones Beach as well. For example, the tongue contains a picture of a water tower, while the translucent sole portrays a crashing water wave. This highly-detailed Air Force 1 will drop next week only at Hempstead’s Street Gear. Click here to view additional photos.
