The Good, The Bad, The Fugly June 21st

I know most of you are probably are thinking, WTF? Nick has lost his mind. Well, some of you have probably been thinking that for a while now. It’s a fine line between genius and insanity right?

This week for The Good, The Bad, and The Fugly I’m nit-picking again. Rather than go completely off of looks, I’m considering a few other things, as well as just being opinionated. If you agree or disagree with the choices, make your voice heard words read in the comment section.

Take a look at this weeks choices by clicking here.

The Good

Jordan Hall of Fame Pack

It’s good to see Jordan Brand giving Michael some love for making it into the Hall of Fame, whether or not the graphics, or the silhouettes chosen are on point, that is debatable. Regardless, the man has all but created the sneaker game. Yes, some of us loved sneakers before Jordan, but he really turned the public focus onto kicks, and is definitely first on the list for the Kicks Hall of Fame.

Nike RT1 Mist Blue/Metro Grey/Voltage Yellow

Nike RT1 Mist Blue/Metro Grey/Voltage Yellow

The Nike RT1 has created a lot of buzz, namely because of hip-hop artists like Jay-Z and Jim Jones going toe-to-toe in Who Rocked it Better. Though this latest colorway may be a little less appealing than the previous colorways, there will no doubt be many heads grabbing a pair.

The Nike RT1 is done up in a Mist Blue/Metro Grey/Voltage Yellow combination that will give many options as far as finding the right fits to go with them. The contrast stitching and bright yellow laces will probably invoke some haters, but I could see these working well throughout the summer.

This latest colorway is now available at retailers like Proper.

Nike Air Footscape Purple/Hot Red

The Footscape is one of those silhouettes that you either love, or hate. This colorway will probably bring more separation between the two.

The Nike Air Footscape is available now at ALIFE’s Rivington Club in a new combination of Grand Purple and Hot Red. Whether or not this style is for you, these are one of the more comfortable sneakers to come from Nike in the mid to late 90’s.

What do you think of these, will you be picking up a pair?
