Dub Magazine recently shot this video of Jordan Brand athlete Carmelo Anthony wearing an upcoming colorway of the Air Jordan Fusion 4. This colorway pays respect to the White/Black pair of Air Jordan 4’s worn in the Spike Lee movie Do The Right Thing. Besides the colorup being on point, Jordan Brand added a colored lace debray and removed the mesh netting from the tongue - just like the exclusive pair for the film.
Initially introduced in 1994, the Nike Air Force 1 Mid was a polarizing sneaker created to bridge the gap between the low top Air Force 1 and the uber-high top AF1 high. The shoe has long been a love/hate sneaker, but in 1997, this Air Force 1 turned many heads regardless of what they thought of the mid-top cut.
The shoe’s predominantly white upper had a never before seen toebox and toe cap in the same color. The shoes stood out even more with the front being a vibrant red reptile skin.
If this shoe looks somewhat familiar, there is a good reason for it. Though no one from the Nike camp has officially confirmed it, it would be pretty safe to assume that it was this shoe that inspired a pair of White/Red Air Force 1 Mids that released earlier this year with a red elephant print toebox and toe cap.
Today marks the last Kicks On Court Award for the 2008-09 NBA season. You have already chosen the Nike Zoom Kobe IV, the Nike Hyperdunk and the Air Jordan 11 “Championship” as the best signature sneaker, the best team sneaker and the best Air Jordan signature sneaker of the year, respectively.
In the fourth and final ballot of our Kicks On Court Awards, we give you the option of picking your favorite special edition of the 2008-09 NBA season. Obviously, the Kobe IV and the Zoom LeBron VI were seen in more colorways than you can think of, however, there are other special edition sneakers that can rival the aforementioned signature sneakers.

Sometimes simplicity screams louder than specifics. We have spotted a plethora of kicks this summer that possess a very unique design or a vivid, eye-catching colorway. However, PUMA has decided to go away from the fancy, head-turner look on this PUMA Suede Pack set to drop this fall.
This pack will consist of 9 subtle colorways of the PUMA Suede. The common theme on all of the colorways is the traditional, white rubber sole and a gold PUMA logo tag on the side panel. Although this is considered a pack, all of the colorways will not drop at once. PUMA will release three sets of three in between the months of August and December at select retailers such as Crooked Tongues. Is this one of the better PUMA releases of the year? Nike Terminators have been seen in a number of unique makeups recently. It seems the basic silhouette is a great platform for experimenting.
This latest Nike Terminator High is now available at Proper. It features uppers comprised of heather grey jersey material on the uppers. Black accents have been silk screened onto the uppers to set off the otherwise simple colorway.
