Re-Release Reminder: Nike Air Trainer 1 Posted: 09 Oct 2009 03:13 PM PDT The Air Trainer 1 “Chlorophyll” is back tomorrow, Saturday the 10th at Ubiq. The “Chlorophyll” colorway is a classic, having given inspiration to numerous later Nikes, including the updated Trainer 1 and Nike Air Maxim “Trainer 1.” A near-full size run will be available, as 7, 8, 9-14s will all be available for $90, both in the store and by phone. The Air Trainer 1 not only spawned numerous color copycats, but the forefoot strap was used in later trainers, spawning a run of Air Trainers. Parra x Nike Air Maxim 1 Available at 21 Mercer Posted: 09 Oct 2009 02:43 PM PDT Parra’s collaboration with Nike on its Air Maxim 1 is now available at Nike Sportswear at 21 Mercer St. Last week we reported that these would be in-store, but unfortunately we had received false information, and for that we apologize. But worry not New Yorkers, it has been confirmed that these are in stock at 21 Mercer right now! As you may remember, Dutch artist and designer Parra designed these, using a light blue and red splatter pattern on the sole, with the same colors appearing again for accents and contrast stitching. A Parra label also appears on the tongue, and three sets of multi-color laces come with them. So head down to the NSW store in New York and grab yours now. | Read the rest of Parra x Nike Air Maxim 1 Available at 21 Mercer © Alex Kroviak for NiceKicks.com, 2009. | Permalink | 9 comments | Add to del.icio.us Post tags: Nike, Nike Air Maxim 1 |

Nike Sportswear Air Force 1 “Futura” Pack Posted: 09 Oct 2009 02:13 PM PDT We have shown you these Futura Air Force 1’s on a number of occasions, and many of you stated that both were very nice. Although they do not release until 2010, we have spotted additional photos of both pairs. Both sneakers possess heavy perforations throughout the heel and side panels. As for the colorways, the high-top contains a navy blue leather base mixed with a white midsole and an orange sole. The low-top Air Force 1 features a mostly white upper with a gradient fade towards the rear of the sneaker. Which pair will you purchase next year?
