| Reebok PUMP 20 “Bringback” Pack Posted: 10 Nov 2009 12:58 PM PST  We continue to see more and more detailed photos of the collaborative efforts between Reebok and selective stores. That said, the Reebok PUMP 20 Program is sure to turn some heads when the respective sneakers finally release. However, Reebok will also unleash the original PUMP colorways at select Reebok retailers soon. One pair will feature a predominately black premium leather base combined with white accents throughout the entire upper. Yet, its most evident features appear in the form of the basketball leather-colored accents, namely the timeless 'Pump' accent on the tongue. The remaining pair owns the same attributes, yet it is done up in a white/white color scheme. | Nike Zoom Kobe IV Gradient “Home” & “Away” Posted: 10 Nov 2009 12:28 PM PST | 
The Nike Zoom Kobe V “Chaos” and “Away” surfaced recently, meaning the run of Kobe IVs is coming to an end.And to go out with a bang, the Gradient “Home” and “Away” colorways are now available at House of Hoops locations. Wider releases at non-HoH Foot Locker locations are also expected this week. We’ve seen so many colorways of the Kobe IV, so it may be hard to be super excited for these, but the gradient colorways have been deemed favorites by Kobe fan and haters alike. The “Away” colorway fades purple and black together, accenting it with bits of Lakers gold throughout. Purple and black snakeskin leather are also used around the ankle and tow cap, as well. The “Home” color-up uses white instead, better matching the alternate Los Angeles white jerseys. Likewise, his place in hip hop is steadily increasing mixtape after mixtape. However, Wale has now unleashed his album Attention Deficit today, November 10th, 2009 (you can buy it here). To coincide with his Attention Deficit album release, our staff decided to fuse his album title with his recognizable sneaker fetish. | Taka Hayashi x Vans Vault U Velocita LX Posted: 10 Nov 2009 11:28 AM PST  Pairing up with Vans Vault, Taka Hayashi has designed up this Velocita LX, dressing up the simple Vans style with luxury leather and multiple details throughout. Hayashi’s coming up strong in the sneaker and skate communities, and you may remember his name from another pair he did for Vans in the No Quarter LX. Black leather makes up the uppers one these, vaguely borrowing designs from classic Vans designs like the Era and Authentic. The underside of the leather is dark tan, which appears on the liner, tongue accent and edges of the layered panels. The heel folds over, and the underside is designed with multiple colors. | Kicks On Court: Ricky Davis States Case for Hall of Fame? Posted: 10 Nov 2009 09:58 AM PST  Attention! No disrespect to Ricky Davis, but he is totally not a future Hall of Famer. However, our Kicks On Court spotted Davis rocking a sneaker that honors one of the latest and greatest players to get inducted into the NBA Hall of Fame. In a losing effort against the New Orleans Hornets, Los Angeles Clippers shooting guard Ricky Davis laced up the Jordan 6 Rings “Hall of Fame”. If you recall, this sneaker, along with the Air Jordan 1 and the Air Jordan 2009 “Hall of Fame” editions, released in honor of Michael Jordan being inducted into the Hall of Fame in mid-September.
