Diamond Supply Co. x DVS Capsule Collection

The company that brought you one of the most famous Dunks ever has paired with DVS to try and reignite the same buzz. Diamond Supply Co. first leaked detailed, but obscure, sneak peek shots back in Summer, and interest was definitely perked.

Now we have a look at the complete Capsule Collection, which will drop in January. The J-Dubbs 2 features black leather and suede, with woodgrain printed on the toe and heel caps. Teal laces are used on the liner, laces and near the ankle. For good measure, Diamond Supply’s logo is used on the mid-panel. The collection also features a backpack, hat and t-shirt done up in the same theme.

Click here to check out the whole collection.

Nike Air Max LeBron VII “Red Carpet” Available at HOH

Posted: 12 Nov 2009 12:28 PM PST

Nike Air Max LeBron VIINike has finally pulled the “Red Carpet” out for you LeBron VII lovers! The Nike Air Max LeBron VII “Red Carpet” that many of you dubbed the best colorway yet is now available at three House of Hoops locations.

Specifically, you can find this special colorway at the House of Hoops in Los Angeles, Chicago and New York. If you recall, LeBron James himself wore this particular sneaker during his only visit to the Garden to play the New York Knicks. The “Red Carpet” is obviously different from most Air Max LeBron VII colorways we have seen. Instead of the flywire design, this sneaker possesses a black woven design on the side panels. It also features a very unique yet stylish colorway in the form of white/black-turquoise. Is this a must-have for you?

adidas TS Cut Creator TJ Ford PE

adidas TS Cut Creator TJ Ford PE

One time Naismith College Player of the Year TJ Ford has been quite a journeyman since entering the NBA. Having beat a near career-ending spinal cord injury, Ford is very deserving of a PE, to say the least. We got a look at these adidas TS Cut Creators in action during Kicks On Court on Halloween, and now we have an even better look at them.

We actually see details on two different Pacers colorways perched in Ford’s locker. As you can see, both pairs feature white patent leather on the toe cap and white leather uppers. One pair features a yellow outsole and yellow stripes over a navy midsole and ankle accent piece. The second pair works in reverse, as the tongue and other parts appear in yellow. How do these compare to some of the other TS Cut Creator PEs we’ve seen?

Nike Big Nike High Black/Black

For fans of the all black look, the options keep on coming. We’ve seen the blackout RT1 and the Air Zoom Tiempo “Paris” lately, and next in line is Nike’s Big Nike High, mixing materials in black to keep the trend going.

These are available now, and feature gloss-on-matte black elephant print along the toe cap and rear flap. Nubuck is used for the mid-panel, sitting under a leather Swoosh and midfoot. Even the tongue label uses the black-on-black styling cues, keeping the theme throughout.

Head to the comments section and let us know how you feel about these.

High Snobiety x Asics Gel Lyte III Revealed

High Snobiety has paired with footwear designer Ronnie Fieg to design these Asics Gel Lyte IIIs, completing the “Trilogy Project,” from which we’ve already seen the Nice Kicks and Culture Shoq collaborations. We already gave you a preview not too long ago, but now that we get a detailed look, you can make up your mind for good.

The grey patent leather is the first element you notice, as it wraps around the entire shoe, including the toe cap, heel and mid-panel logo areas. Navy blue is used as an accent along the midsole, matching the perforated suede used throughout the upper. Finally, the liner, and “tongue” flaps are done in a salmon hue, setting off the grey and blue. Three color laces, a selling point for many on previous collaborations, are used again here for good measure.

So which Gel Lyte III is officially your favorite? Head to the comments section and let us know.
