Air Jordan 11 Space Jam Re-Retro Debuted On Court

Posted: 14 Nov 2009 11:13 AM PST

Air Jordan 11 Space Jam worn by Marcus JordanLast night Michael Jordan was on hand at the UCF arena in Orlando, FL to watch his younger son’s collegiate basketball debut. Marcus Jordan, who has been at the center of a brand-battle controversy over his footwear choice, came off the bench for 11 minutes debuting the 2009 version of the Air Jordan 11 Space Jam.  Marcus contributed two rebounds, two assists, and one steal towards UCF’s 84-67 victory over UMASS.

For those who old enough to remember, it was one day shy of 14 years and 6 months of when Michael Jordan wore the Space Jams for the first time in an NBA Playoff game against the Orlando Magic.

Anyone else counting down to the release in December?

Nike SB Classic High Black/White

Posted: 14 Nov 2009 07:58 AM PST

Nike SB Classic High Black/White

Nike SB will roll out these high top Classics in December, but we’ve got a look at them now. Using a tried-and-true white, black and red colorway, these use dark suede to provide a base for the white leather Swoosh to jump off. Red is used on the tongue and tongue label, as well as parts of the sole stitches. Nylon is also used for the tongue construction itself.

We’ve seen a lot of simple colorways from the SB camp lately, including this Zoom Air Harbor in grey and black, which looks to be a low-top cousin of the pair we’re seeing now.

Air Jordan 2010 Dwyane Wade PE

Posted: 13 Nov 2009 08:55 PM PST

Air Jordan 2010 for Dwyane Wade
With a tap on the shoulder, Michael Jordan gave Dwyane Wade his approval and the go ahead to represent the Brand.

Earlier this week the Air Jordan 2010 was officially unveiled at a media summit in Miami, but just a few minutes ago, Dwyane Wade gave the world a preview via twitter at his own version of the Air Jordan 2010 in an all black colorup with his name stamped instead of Jordan.

Different from how Carmelo Anthony and Chris Paul have represented the brand, Michael Jordan announced that he is officially “passing the torch” to Dwyane Wade. Wade spent six years with Converse, but after years of asking to join Team Jordan, he is not only on the squad, but is the captain.

No word yet whether this exact colorway and Wade version will be available for retail when the model releases February 13, 2010 for $170.  Stay tuned for updates!

Patta x Nike Air Max 1 Premium

Patta x Nike Air Max 1 Premium

Tomorrow, the Patta x Nike Air Max 1 will drop at LiveStock’s Toronto & Gastown locations, giving our brothers to the North a shot at one of the cleaner sneaker collaborations of the year.

If you recall, Amsterdam-based retailer Patta put together a unique mix of materials to set these Air Max 1s apart. Denim, canvas, mesh and nubuck all come together in the classic “Chlorophyll” sense, combining for a simple build. The look is easy to appreciate, and this colorway more positively received than its purple twin. Quantities will be limited, so Canadian Air Max 1 lovers should make sure to get out early.
