Nike Air Max LeBron VII NFW “Red Carpet”

Posted: 19 Nov 2009 12:58 PM PST

Nike Air Max LeBron VII NFW "Red Carpet"

The “Red Carpet” LeBrons sold out so quick at select House of Hoops locations, that many of you might not have even gotten a chance at grabbing a pair. But if you’re after these ‘Brons, Foot Locker is answering your prayers with a second shipment in early December.

All House of Hoops locations, including the new Dallas store, and select Foot Lockers will have a stock for sale starting the 3rd of December. This specific Air Max LeBron VII is labeled “NFW,” as it uses a woven pattern on the upper instead of Nike’s Flywire technology. The black, white and teal colorway is accented with hits of red, including alternate laces. Is this second chance the one you plan to capitalize on?

adidas Stan Smith “Ghostface Killah”

Posted: 19 Nov 2009 12:28 PM PST

Ghostface x adidas Stan Smith

Following up on the Def Jam x adidas pack are these Stan Smiths, which have been designed to pay tribute to Ghostface Killah of the Wu-Tang Clan. You might remember that pair of black Superstars done for “Tony Starks,” one of Ghostface’s many aliases, but these give tribute to the “Pretty Toney” era Ghostface.

These Stan Smiths use a grey suede upper and sit on a bright base. His “G” logo is imprinted near the heel on the upper, and yellow is used for the outsole and liner, while red is the dominant color on the midsole, heel, and tongue accent. If you want to grab a pair, these are available at select retailers now.

Patta x Nike Air Max 1 Navy Blue

Patta x Nike Air Max 1 Black/Blue

Patta’s Air Max 1 collaborations have been in demand in the last few weeks. We’ve seen both a “Chlorophyll” Quickstrike and Purple Tier Zero Nike Air Max 1 receive high praise, and even got a sneak peek at a presumed Team Patta-exclusive burgundy collaboration.

Little is known about this next pair, but it does possess a far more diverse color palette than the previous pairs. Dark navy corduroy is used for the upper, matching the denim mudguard around the base. Blue perforated suede is used near the ankle and on the top of the toe, and green is the color choice for the tongue label and Swoosh. Which Patta Nike is your favorite?

Nike Trainer 1 “L.A.” at Nike Store

Posted: 19 Nov 2009 10:28 AM PST

Nike Trainer 1 "L.A." Online Now

The Los Angeles Dodgers may have come up short on their goal this past season, but they did enough to earn a tribute from Nike in these Trainer 1s. We first took a look at these not too far back, announcing they were available in select stores.

But for fans who are displaced from L.A. or just can’t find them in stores near you, NikeStore.com now has these in a full-size run. If you recall, white leather is used on the toe cap and heel, accented with royal blue contrast stitching. Blue suede really makes these what they are, as it's used on the mid-panel and toe box. Retired uniform numbers are presented on the insoles also, and “L.A” appears on the heel in graffiti script.

Posted: 19 Nov 2009 09:58 AM PST

Over the past month, we have seen an abundance of videos and photos pertaining to the 20th anniversary of the Reebok Pump. In addition, Spine TV has hooked up with former Boston Celtics guard Dee Brown to discuss his involvement with Reebok. If you recall, Brown won the 1991 NBA Slam Dunk Contest while wearing the Reebok PUMPs. With that said, check out the video above in which Dee Brown reminisces on his aforementioned win.
