Air Jordan White & Red Collection at NikeTown

Posted: 20 Nov 2009 12:58 PM PST

Air Jordan White & Red Collection at NikeTown

A little late for the Jordan Hall of Fame hysteria is this display, going on now at NikeTown in New York City. Similar to the online History of Flight we saw awhile back, all of Jordan’s signature silhouettes are on display in a white and red colorway like we’ve never seen before.

From the Air Jordan 1 to the 2009, all are present. Naturally, the 2010 isn’t on hand just yet, but given that we’ve only seen the D-Wade PE and first release colorways, that may not be too much of a surprise. All pairs also feature black laces. Which look is your favorite? Head to the comments section and let us know.

X-LARGE x Reebok Pump Omni Lite

You didn’t think that Reebok was only going to allow retailers to collaborate on their prized The Pump silhouette did you? With the release of those special Pump 20 collaborations looming, we get a look at another Reebok sneaker designed by Japan’s X-LARGE.

These Pump Omni Lite feature a mix of black and white, with a few panels that feature both colors. The forefoot and midfoot are done up with white leather, white the heel area uses black nubuck and leather. “XL” and “Reebok” both appear in different shades of blue embroidery. The most unique feature on these is, without a doubt, the gradient plastic lace holders darting up the sides, which fade black and white together.

These are available online now. How do these compare to other Pump collaborations we’ve seen for this year?

Nike Trainer 1 Chien-Ming Wang PE

Posted: 20 Nov 2009 10:58 AM PST

Nike Trainer 1 Chien-Ming Wang PE

It’s good to be a Yankee. Coming of the franchise’s 27th World Series championships, Nike has already dedicated a Trainer 1 to the legacy of the team, which we saw in detail here. That wasn’t enough for Chien-Ming Wang though, as the Taiwanese pitcher has received his own PE different from the team’s.

Unlike the team PE, these feature a white and silver upper, with pinstripes on the heel panel. The forefoot lace loops use non-Yankee colors, appearing in royal blue, yellow and red. On the heel panel, where the Trainer 1 usually reads “Nike,” and the Yankee PE displayed “New York,” a Taiwanese character has been created out of a mid-pitch silhouette of Wang.

Nike Air Force 1 Red/Light Bone

Posted: 20 Nov 2009 10:28 AM PST

Nike Air Force 1

This Nike Air Force 1 may look familiar seeing that we featured a varsity red/white Air Force 1 in our last installment of Air Force Friday. However, Nike is set to release this new Air Force 1 this upcoming holiday season.

This Air Force 1 contains a 100% red premium leather base combined with light bone-colored accents in the form of the shoelaces and inner lining. It is also finished with e light bone-colored midsole and a red outsole. This shoe also contains some very distinctive details that more than likely coincide with the holiday season. For example, the Nike tongue logo and the inner lining features what seems to be falling snow, while the lacetips feature little stars. No word on when this shoe will hit the states; until then, click here to view detailed photos.
