Nike Air Zoom Tennis Classic ND White/Sail Blue

There was not much interest shown in the Nike Air Zoom Tennis Classic Varsity Maize we showed you last week. Was the bright, head-turning color scheme too much for you at this time of the year? If so, Nike has unleashed a simpler Air Zoom Tennis Classic at select retailers such as Kasina.

It simply possesses a mainly white leather base combined with sail blue accents in the form of the Nike tongue logo and the heel tab. To coincide with these Nike tags, this shoe also owns a sail blue-colored midsole and a white outsole. Other features include a perforated swoosh, white shoelaces, and monochromatic contrast stitching throughout the upper. Click here to view additional photos.

Jordan Ol’ School III White/Grey

Posted: 07 Dec 2009 12:17 PM PST

With all the attention the Air Jordan 2010 and December Retro releases have gotten, the Team line of Jordans has gone under the radar. The Ol’ School III, which we got a look at in a black and grey colorway in October, is back in a white and grey colorway.

The entirety of the upper on this color-up is done with white, mixing two types of leather. The midsole is done with solid black and also a cement grey and black splatter, while the outsole is a mix of clear and white. Finally, touches of red are used on the liner and logos.

Bape Sta Gingham

Posted: 07 Dec 2009 11:58 AM PST

Bape Sta Gingham

Bape continues to unleash some very nice sneakers including the Evening Sta, the Woodland Camo Bapesta and the Wood Land Pack. In addition, Bape will be premiering another new silhouette in the form of this Sta Gingham.

The Sta Gingham goes in the opposite direction of the previously mentioned Bape releases seeing that it possesses a high-cut silhouette. Its design obviously draws inspiration from the classic Chuck Taylor to say the least. As for the makeup design, this shoe features a check pattern on the upper similar to a picnic cloth. The Sta Gingham is now available at Bape’s online store in red/white, black/white and navy blue/white. Click here to view the Sta Gingham lineup in its entirety.

PHANTACi x Nike Air Max 1 “Grand Piano”

Posted: 07 Dec 2009 10:58 AM PST

Nike Air Max 1

Fresh off of the heels of the latest Patta x Nike Air Max 1 collaboration, Nike has involved itself in yet another joint effort on the infamous Air Max 1.

This time, Nike called upon the efforts of artist Jay Chou and the Taiwan-based PHANTACi on this highly-detailed sneaker. Its inspiration comes from both the PHANTACi store and most of all a grand piano. The piano keys are represented by the predominance of the white base, whilwe the black patent leather sections stand for the piano itself. In addition, the minimal pink accents go hand in hand with the PHANTACi store color. This Air Max 1 will be limited to 400 pairs and will be available in the near future. Until then, click here to see artist Jay Chou rocking this Air Max 1.

Under Armour BB Proto 2 “Young Buck”

Under Armour BB Proto 3 "Young Buck"

When we last saw the Under Armour Young Buck, many of our readers wondered when they could get a closer look at the pair Brandon Jennings wore when he scored 55. The white & red “Young Buck” is here though, as well as a look at a black and red pair.

The first pair uses a white leather upper, while red patent leather is used on around the bottom, the same as on the black pair. Both also utilize a white outsole and a red and clear midsole. Both also feature green accents throughout, denoting Jennings’ position on the Milwaukee Bucks. Both pairs also feature the number three in red near the heel, and various slight differences. We’ve seen the White/Red combos recently in Kicks on Court, and we’ll surely see a number of more colorways in the future.
