Nike Hyperize Supreme “Maui Invitational” PEs Posted: 17 Dec 2009 11:58 AM PST It may seem odd that sneakers featuring Hawaiian floral designs would drop in late December, but then again, when else would be a better time to be reminded that it will be sunny again in only a few months? We previewed these Nike Hyperizes alongside some matching Hypermax awhile back and now they’re out at House of Hoops nationwide. Though no team wore these in the tournament, they both feature floral patterns on the ankles, with patent being the choice material for the Colorado/Purdue pair. They use a gold and black scheme throughout, while the other set was designed for Gonzaga or Arizona, both Nike schools, with its red and navy blue build. Nike Air Max LeBron VII & 1/2 Cent on Nike.com Posted: 17 Dec 2009 11:28 AM PST Some new sought-after sneakers have hit Nikestore.com, as the 1/2 Cent “Green Spark” and the Air Max LeBron VII “Phantom” have hit the online shelves. As far as we know, this is the final color-up for the 1/2 Cent, at least in the foreseeable future, and anything but the last colorway for LBJ’s seventh signature. The LeBrons feature an all black colorway with minimal gold accents. One slight detail you may notice is the presence of gold sparkle in the Swoosh border along the Flywire’s upper. That detail is complimented by the gold eyelets at the top of the midfoot. For the 1/2 Cents, a translucent green outsole is matched up with accents on the eyelets and the lightning design on the Swoosh. Two-color laces match the 3m stripe along the side, finishing the color-up off. Adidas TS Cut Creator Gilbert Arenas Posted: 17 Dec 2009 10:58 AM PST Following the detailed photos of the Adidas TS Cut Creator Tracy McGrady, we now have spotted images of Gilbert Arenas’s TS Cut Creator. Gilbert Arenas and his Wizards teammates played one of their few games on national television last night, and we did not see Agent 0 wearing these sneakers. However, they should show up on his feet some time this season. They own a primarily white leather upper with multiple Wizards blue accents throughout the upper. In addition, the unique attribute seen on the side panels is done up in gold along with the heel panel logo. Are you gradually accepting the Cut Creator with every passing photo? Reebok Answer XIII “All-Star Game West” Posted: 17 Dec 2009 10:28 AM PST When the 2009-2010 season started, all signs pointed to Allen Iverson dressing in red and suiting up as a Western Conference All-Star player. Four games or so in, A.I. was dreading his decision to go to Memphis and became a free agent. He’d later end up back in Philadelphia, meaning this season he’ll play aside LeBron James and crew on the Eastern team, assuming the nostalgic fan vote can make him an All-Star, that is. These Reebok Answer XIIIs were created for his roster spot on the West obviously, as they use an all red upper with hits of white on the midsole. Given Philadelphia’s red on their jerseys, there’s a chance we still may see these in action during the regular season, but you’ll have to imagine them in blue until we see an “Eastern” version for February. Vans Chukka Boot Fleece Lined Posted: 17 Dec 2009 09:58 AM PST Following the release of the vapor blue Chukka Boot, Vans has now made the red Chukka Boot available at their online store for $80. This particular Chukka Boot contains a couple of different attributes compared to the previous pairs we’ve showcased. It owns a 100% red canvas base combined with a black vulcanized rubber sole. This Chukka Boot also features a fleece-textured inner lining giving it a very distinctive look and feel. Is this one of the better Chukka Boots thus far?
