Nike Zoom Speed Low Black/Del Sol Posted: 27 Jul 2010 01:28 PM PDT At a first glance, the overseas-exclusive Nike Zoom Speed Low seems to be a hybrid of the Zoom Kobe IV and the Zoom Kobe V, Kobe Bryant’s last two signature sneakers. Following the Nike Zoom Speed Low White/Black-Sax we showed you earlier this year, we have now spotted a Black/Del Sol Zoom Speed Low at select retailers including LTD. This Nike Zoom Speed Low features a colorway we have seen on a number of Nike Basketball sneakers lately including the Nike Hyperdunk 2010, the Nike Zoom Hyperfuse and the Nike Zoom Hyperfuse Low. The predominance of the base is done up in black leather and patent leather, while Del Sol is seen along the toe area and on the shoelaces. View additional photos below. Nike Air Force 1 Black/White/Grove Green-Red Posted: 27 Jul 2010 12:58 PM PDT Obviously, the Nike Air Force 1 is a very big subject on the site today as the “BE” Pack continues to unravel. However, we have spotted another Air Force 1 that contains a simple yet distinctive color scheme. At a first glance, this sneaker possesses a generic black, white and sport red scheme; yet, with a closer look, one will be able to see the Grove Green hints, specifically on the sole and heel tab. As for the rest of this Air Force 1, black leather is offset by minimal white hints and touches of sport red throughout the base. Also, the side panels contain a black textured leather, giving this shoe a nice, dual-textured makeup. View detailed photos below. Air Jordan 1 Phat Low White/Midnight Navy Posted: 27 Jul 2010 12:28 PM PDT A new colorway of the Air Jordan 1 Phat Low has landed at retailers overseas in a simply-designed colorway. Midnight Navy suede is in place in the quarter panel and toe box, while white leather completes the upper. A silver Wings logo is sewn on to the heel panel. Supporting the navy midsole is a clear outsole. Air Jordan 1 Phat Low Source: LTD © Alex Kroviak for NiceKicks.com, 2010. | Permalink | 6 comments | Add to del.icio.us |
Posted: 27 Jul 2010 11:58 AM PDT In addition to the Pro-Keds summer lineup we showed yesterday, the ever-so-popular Royal Plus Hi has landed at select retailers in two simple colorways. One pair is constructed of white buttery leather, while the other pair is dressed in black leather. Each pair is finished with a white sole and contains contrasting shoelaces (black laces for the white pair and blue laces for the black pair). This Pro-Keds Royal Plus Hi is now available at select accounts including Leaders 1354. © George Kiel III for NiceKicks.com, 2010. | Permalink | No comment | Add to del.icio.us |
Nike Air Force 1 WBF “BE” Pack – ‘Brooklyn’ Posted: 27 Jul 2010 11:28 AM PDT The “BE” Pack represents for all 5 boroughs in New York City as we know and its five sneakers are landing just in time for the World Basketball Festival’s opening tip-off. DJ Clark Kent designed all five kicks and is from Brooklyn, so this shoe is probably pretty special to him. Clearly, the color blocking techniques and material selection is the same across all of the sneakers, with this pair relying on black wool and purple piping at key points. A white leather-wrapped midsole and gum outsole were implemented on the underside and a “B” patch can be seen on the heel. Posted: 27 Jul 2010 10:58 AM PDT Chinese sportswear company Li-Ning is certainly making a name for themselves in the international basketball market. Following up on the success of their signature models for the likes of Baron Davis and Jose Calderon, the Li-Ning Outfield introduces a fresh silhouette and an unlikely collaboration. The mid top shoe features a white leather upper with a mesh tongue and thick midsole. Electric lime is used as an accent throughout the upper and paired with black for branding. Standout features include the translucent lime outsole and the Michelin Man drop tag and embossed logo on the inner ankle. While there is no word if this model will hit stateside is this new Li-Ning sneaker a shoe you would buy? Nike Zoom Kobe V “Big Stage” Home Posted: 27 Jul 2010 10:43 AM PDT When the Away version of the “Big Stage” Nike Zoom Kobe V first appeared, even Kobe-haters took a liking to the special edition commemorative sneaker. The Home version elicited the same response. We were hinted at the possibility of both shoes landing at retailers soon thanks to a full size run of the Away shoe being made available and now the Home version has been seen all the same. White and pearlescent White Metallic Summit come together on the Flywire upper and midsole. Metallic Gold is used on the heel section, as well as the Swoosh. White-on-white graphics list Kobe’s achievements, including his career point total (the highest in Lakers history). Grab these early from Kicks Crew now or hold tight for an expected wider release.
