It’s important to note that this round of “UWR” sneakers features silver graphics much the same as the 2008 pairs, but use dot graphics instead of a more flowing, hand-drawn concept. The same art appears on the Zoom Soldier IV. This pair of Zoom Kobe Vs should release soon, though the availability of these patriotic kicks is not yet known. Matching the gold embroidery on the ankle is the heart basketball logo on the ankle designed for the “For the Love of the Game” Pack that coincides with the upcoming World Basketball Festival. The popular Jordan 6 Rings has once again taken on the color scheme of a popular OG Jordan. Drawing inspiration from the Air Jordan 8 “Aqua”, this mash up uses a black suede and patent leather upper over white pods and a purple outsole. Aqua accents pop up over the hybrid, most notably on the Air Jordan 7 and Air Jordan 8 inspired tongue. Unfortunately for many fans of this new colorway it is out only in kids sizes with no word on an adult release. The Aqua theme colorway certainly seems to be a big hit with our readers and it’s safe to say the 6 Rings model is growing on most, would you buy this colorway if it released in your size? The return of the Nike Air Diamond Turf has caused fans of the 90′s turf shoe to dance like Prime Time himself. A Black/White-Metallic Gold colorway has recently surfaced and is the first new colorway to release in the latest run of retros. An all black suede and leather upper is highlighted with metallic gold mesh, purple outsole accents, and a big white swoosh on the strap. This colorway makes a perfect match with the #37 jersey he retired in witht the Baltimore Ravens. Look for this colorway to hit Nike accounts in early to mid August.
