| Jay-Z x Nike Air Force 1 WBF “All Black Everything” Charity Auction Posted: 20 Aug 2010 12:58 PM PDT In just over a day, the Nike Air Force 1 charity auction benefiting the Sean Carter Scholarship Foundation will come to a close. Five pairs were designed in total, with each representing a different World Basketball Festival participating country. Materials range from premium perforated leather to patent leather and details include the custom heel tabs, clear outsole and country-specific insole. Jay-Z owns a pair of each shoe and the pairs being auctioned are the only other pairs in existence. Click here to place a bid on the shoes before they become another collector’s highlight pair. Aside from the Buck’s point guard players from the University of Maryland, Boston College, University of South Florida, Texas Tech University and Auburn University will wear the four models on court this season. Each pair is based off of Micro G technology which boasts lightweight and low to the ground court feel. Two colorways will release in the coming weeks. One is black and the other white. The Allston, a low top model, can be seen here in a red suede build with hits of white and black. Now we have confirmation that a Foamposite AJ1 will release, but in a different color. The Air Jordan 1 Armor as it’s officially called, owns a silver Foamposite upper and sits on an icy blue sole. A plastic Wings logo appears on the foxing. Expect these to land at select retailers in November. Earlier this week we announced that the long awaited basketball lineup from Under Armour would hit shelves this November. Today we have pictures of the four models set to release. Leading off from left to right is the Micro G Black Ice, the newest signature for Brandon Jennings. Next is the Micro G Fly, originally spotted on Jennings 
Baron Davis had a great year on the sneaker front with his successful first signature from Chinese brand Li-Ning. Colorways drawing inspiration from his home team L.A. Clippers and his beloved L.A. Dodgers made the Li-Ning BD Doom a cross-over hit in both hemispheres. Continuing on the hot streak, the Beardman clad kick has just released in “Cool Grey” and “UCLA” colorways. Always strapped, the Nike Blazer AC “Neon” takes the velcro variation of the Nike classic to new heights with this bold colorway. Black perforated leather sets the backdrop for an upper contrasted by black nubuck injections all over, namely on the Swoosh and straps.
